Fight! Ne-Yo Detained In Norway!!!!

Singer Ne-Yo was detained in Oslo, Norway on Saturday night after someone in his crew reportedly punched a bus boy!!
Although Ne-Yo didn't swing any punches himself, the Closer singer was reportedly partying at Emil & Samuel in downtown Oslo following his performance on Saturday.
The group was getting pretty rowdy and a patron in the restaurant grabbed one of the girls pAArtying with Ne-Yo!
This set the guys in Ne-Yo's party off, and when a bus boy walked by the table, someone in the singer's group punched him in the face!!!!
The bus boy was hit so hard by the douche, he puked and then passed out!!!!!
Awful!!
Another guy in Ne-Yo's crew allegedly ran to the kitchen with a knife and began threatening people, but reports say an unknown person was able to calm him down.
Thank God!
Ne-Yo's party left the restaurant and were immediately detained and searched by Norwegian police, but no word on what the police may or may not have found.
"All in all this is an unfortunate situation involving the artist, Emil & Samuel and the concert management," said the owner of Emil & Samuel to the media on Sunday.

Chinese Gymnast May Be Stripped Of Her Olympic Bronze!

The International Gymnastics Federation is calling China's gymnastics team out on some decade-old bullshiz!
Although they were originally cleared, the officials are demanding China give back the Olympic bronze medal the country won in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney because one of their gymnasts was 14 years old!
14-year-old Yang Yun won a bronze metal for uneven bars in the 2000 games, but at the time there was "insufficient evidence" to prove the Chinese lied about her age.
A spokesperson for the International Olympic Committee has said they have received the findings from the FIG and will investigate the situation further before any action is taken.
"Clearly, we need to take time to consider the findings before the executive board can consider the matter," said the rep. "We would like to thank the FIG for their work and we would refer further inquiries to them."
And that poor girl probably thought she was in the clear!

The newly (and once-again) blonde Britney Spears ventured out onto the streets of SoCal yesterday to do a bit of shopping and from the looks of the photos below, she was having the time of her life!! Look at that smile, y’all!
I totally credit her brand new blonde locks for her much sunnier disposition! She looks like the Britney that we all know and love :) Gah!! I love it when she looks happy and bright. I hope this is a sign of things to come … this year could be Britney Spears best year yet! She sure looks ready to take on the world … and I wish her every success in the world! Woot!!

Prince Harry Lends Support To Charity Bike Ride

Prince Harry made a public appearance at a stop over of England Ruby star Lawrence Dallaglio’s quest to bike ride across Europe to raise money for charity. Dallaglio and others are attempting to raise £1 million for Sport Relief, a charity that funds other charities like Cancer Research, DebRA, Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research, Help For Heroes and RPA Benevolent Fund. While Harry did not partake in the bike ride, he did show up to lend his public support of the endeavor to help raise awareness with his Royal hotness:
Prince Harry met former England rugby union captain Lawrence Dallaglio as he took a break from a 2,800km charity bike ride. The group of cyclists, led by the former rugby hero, are pedalling across Europe on a trek that aims to raise £1 million. They arrived at London’s Twickenham stadium this afternoon after completing around half of their gruelling journey. On Rock of Love, Bret Michaels had more sex with desperate groupies than Heidi Montag has had plastic surgery procedures.
As a result, it shouldn't be hard to grasp the controversy surrounding the rocker's duet with 17-year old Miley Cyrus, especially when the lyrics on "Nothing to Lose" include:
We both know better than this/Still we can't resist/Slowly get undressed/Won't you fall down on me/So close I can feel you breathe.
Still, when asked about the scandalous song, Michaels told Us Weekly "it's blown out of proportion." He elaborated, explaining how the duet came about:
"[Miley's] like, 'This is an incredible song, it's beautiful. Maybe I could [add] some stuff to it, some harmonies,'" Bret said. "She was excited that she didn't have to follow any rules."
As for telling a girl that's not yet old enough to vote to "slowly get undressed?"
"I never sat down and said, 'Look at the content. Look at the lyrical content,'" Michaels said. "The part where it says she slowly gets undressed, Miley says, 'Yeah she does.' It has no reference to her and I. It's not even a duet."

Moon Lighting

Yesterday was a fairly pretty day … while it rained off and on all day long, the bursts of sunlight we got in between were really rejuvenating. I did spend most of the day indoors reading (I finally finished the entire Sandman series) but I did venture out last night to run a few errands. The moon was full last night so it was such a treat to drive around in the moonlight:
February’s full moon is called the Ice Moon but it was far from icy here in SoCal :) Today is a gloriously sunny day … perfect for a trip down to Disneyland!! We have a friend visiting from NYC this week and he wants to go to Disney so David and I postponed the trip we were gonna make earlier this week ’til today so we could all enjoy Disney together. I haven’t been to Disney since it was all decked out in Xmas decorations so … I’m excited!! I’ll see about taking some fun photos to share tomorrow ;) Happy Sunday!!
