We don't think this movie is ever going to get made!

There has been nothing but DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA when talking about the much-anticipated prequel to Lord Of The Rings, but now, the flick gets its latest and hardest blow yet.

Guillermo Del Toro has just announced that he has pulled out from directing The Hobbit.

Citing the issues with the studios and the constant delays. Guillermo posted yesterday that while he will remain on the writing team for the film, he will no longer direct the franchise. He explained:

"In light of ongoing delays in the setting of a start date for filming 'The Hobbit,' I am faced with the hardest decision of my life. After nearly two years of living, breathing and designing a world as rich as Tolkien's Middle Earth, I must, with great regret, take leave from helming these wonderful pictures."

We can't blame the guy! Two years of being jerked around would be enough to make us pack it all up and peace out too!

But Guillermo was Peter Jackson's top choice for this flick! Is there anyone else geeky enough to get behind this thing?

Aww, this is rather heartwarming. Vanessa Redgrave has an interview in an upcoming issue of People where she talks about her relationship with Italian actor Franco Nero, who is also her co-star in her latest movie, Letters to Juliet. This is the second time around for Redgrave and Nero, who began a relationship back in the ’60s when they met on the set of Camelot. They never married, but had a son together before separating and moving on to other relationships. They re-connected in the past few years, however, and consider each other husband and wife. Considering that in the past year, Redgrave has had to deal with the deaths of her daughter, Natasha Richardson, and her siblings Corin and Lynn, it must be comforting to have someone she can lean on. Good for them!

There is no denying the power of the Haus of GaGa now!!!!

As of this week, Lady GaGa's latest hit, Alejandro, is at the #9 spot on the United World Chart.

This makes her album, The Fame Monster, the only record in HISTORY to spawn seven worldwide Top 10 hits! She has just surpassed the likes of Michael Jackson, who's Thriller album contains six songs to make it into the Top 10!

This is EPIC!!!!

We are filled with immense pride for our wifey!

Yesterday we saw photos of Twilight co-stars and BFFs Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner in Sydney, Australia and we learned that the pair would be participating in a Q&A with Aussie fans in support of their upcoming new sequel film The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Today we get to see some photos from that (apparently rain-soaked) event and find out what sort of As the pair gave in response to fan Qs:

While Robert Pattinson is busy shooting his next movie, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart are being put to work on the Twilight Sage: Eclipse promo train.

Their first stop was Sydney, Australia. KStew and Tay Tay held a meet & greet with fans as well as a Q&A for the premiere of the flick.

As always, Taylor is swoon-worthy and for the first time in awhile, KStew looks halfway decent! Hooray for hiring a stylist!

Don't get us wrong - you still look like a lanky, depressed raccoon, but a stylish lanky, depressed raccoon!

Yesterday we saw photos of Rihanna touring some sacred sites in the Holy Land of Israel as well as a couple photos of Ri Ri relaxing in the pool at her hotel in Tel Aviv. Today we get to see a few photos of Rihanna on stage at Bloomfield Stadium performing in front of thousands of fans last night. As you can see from the following photos, it appears that Ri Ri decided to tone down her racier outfits for last night’s show in Israel:

R&B singer Rihanna has performed in Israel for the first time. Rihanna’s concert on Sunday night is part of her Last Girl on Earth European tour. Audience members had to participate in four hours of volunteer activity in order to receive tickets to the show at the Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv. About 10,000 fans received tickets to the concert. The star spent the weekend before her show touring in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. On Saturday night she helped Scouts and volunteers in Tel Aviv to paint the walls of their meeting center. Halle Berry took a little solo vacation to Miami Beach this weekend and we think she might have enjoyed herself.

Though she didn't have her adorable 2-year-old daughter in tow, she did have two male "friends" join her in the Miami heat!
