This is such an unfortunate situation for everyone involved, but the owner of the animal does have to take accountability in the end!

Samantha Ronson could be facing some serious charges after her dog, Cadillac, mauled and killed a small Maltese yesterday afternoon, depending on what Animal Control Officials conclude after they complete their investigation!

Michelle Roache, the Deputy Director of the El Lay Department of Animal Care and Control, says:

"It's a pending criminal prosecution. The attack is substantial. It's all up to the courts whether or not a person is going to lose the right to own the dog, or that the dog be euthanized, or that there's restrictions against the dog. They vary from [sentences where] the person can't own any dogs in the county of Los Angeles, to the court demanding the dog for euthanasia, or a lot of times they have to pay a fine. I haven't seen people jailed for an incident like this. We have to backtrack into past incidents and find people who are involved or have any knowledge of the dog's behavior. Bravo TV has announced that the premiere season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will debut on Bravo on Thursday October 14 and today gives us our first look at the cast of what promises to be the most superficial installment of the franchise yet. Say hello to the Real Housewives of 90210:

Fox News is reporting that John Cusack tweeted the following:

I AM FOR A SATANIC DEATH CULT CENTER AT FOX NEWS HQ AND OUTSIDE THE OFFICES ORDICK ARMEYAND NEWT GINGRICH-and all the GOP WELFARE FREAKS

It’s no surprise that Cusack is no fan of the Republicans.  He was a major supporter of Obama.  But Fox News says that this tweet is a threat.   Perhaps it is, but I’m not so sure.  It’s definitely not an intelligent thing to say.  But, again, this is no surprise, since Cusack never struck me as the sharpest tool in the shed.

Perhaps Cusack was trying to be absurd or funny and amuse his Twitter sychophants, which according to the Fox story, is over 200,000.

Dr. Carole Lieberman, some Beverly Hills-based shrink, said the following about Cusack’s tweets.

His provocative tweets could easily incite a rabid fan to commit violent acts against Fox News Headquarters and others he names.

This may be actually stupider than Cusack’s so-called tweet-threat.  Does she have any reason to believe this?  Have any tweets in the history of mankind ever incited anyone to do anything remotely similar to violent acts?

I think it’s much more likely that Cusack’s tweets will make many of his fans reevaluate Cusack’s intelligence.  It will definitely make people who are not fans of Obama more confident that they are right in their negative assessment of  people who voted for Obama.

Joe Manganiello is most recognizable as the werewolf from True Blood. If you don't know his face, we're sure you know his abs! Anyway, Joe recently confessed that his newfound fame has been "interesting" to say the least. He told sources:

"I've had to have my car checked for a tracking device — for a stalker!…You have to take the good with the bad."

That's pretty bad! Lol!

Not that we blame the gal (or the guy, let's not discriminate!), but we're glad Joe is taking precautions to protect his majestic form. Don't want anyone getting too close!

Oh no!

Prince Frederic von Anhalt has reported to sources that Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed to a hospital after she became unresponsive this morning. The person who called 911 told officials she was experiencing flu-like symptoms and body pain.

Thankfully, sources say that a private ambulance came to retrieve Zsa Zsa and they never put their emergency lights on. That means her life was in no immediate danger.

Bless her heart! We hope she's doing alright!

Our thoughts go out to her and her loved ones who are taking such good care of her!

[HMG] – After her third brush with the law in three months for alleged drug possession, reports say reality ’star’ Paris Hilton may soon face reality head-on – in jail.

The 29-year old socialite is now facing a charge of ‘Felony: Drug possession’ that carries a prison sentence of 1-4 years. She’s also due to go head-to-head with the same high-profile DA who put O.J. Simpson in jail.

And he’s up for re-election.

Sources tell Radar that Las Vegas’ District Attorney, David Roger is unlikely to even offer a plea deal;

“This is a high profile case, right before an important election, and it’s very likely there will be no plea bargaining,” says one source. “David won’t tolerate celebrities thinking they can get away with illegal behavior, and it’s going to be extremely difficult for Paris to get out of these charges.”

Paris claimed the purse she was carrying, in which cops found 0.8 grams of cocaine, did not belong to her. But she said some items in the purse [cash, credit cards and a broken tablet of the prescription Asthma drug 'Albuterol'] did.

Last night David and I met up with Adriana for a quick dinner date at 8 oz. Burger Bar on Melrose Ave in West Hollywood, CA and we had a grand ol’ time:

We ate and caught up and ate and laughed and ate and ate. So, yeah, it was a typical Monday night. After a quick trip to Starbucks, David and I returned home for the rest of the evening. I finished up my laundry and then started packing for my trip to Detroit tomorrow. ‘Twas a quiet night, just the way I like ‘em ;)

After our most beloved Snooki Snickers' alleged boyfriend, Jeff Miranda, proposed to the Jersey Shore star on the cover of the very dignified and clASSy Steppin' Out magazine, we were worried that the two had kicked their pickle-spiced relationship up a notch!

Well, thankfully, this is not the case, and clearly, Miranda is not only exceptionally douchey, but also delusional!

Snooki's rep has released a statement that says:

"Rumors of Nicole's romantic status have been greatly exaggerated. She is single with no immediate plans to change that."

PHEW!

Sorry, dumbass! The cat's out of the bag and Snooki wants nothing to do with you!
