This I promise? Why? BECAUSE it’s HAPPENING.  Yeah, you heard me.

please make more money for me! Garble garble!

According to Variety,  Ronald Moore, the dude who produced the new, awesome “Battlestar Galactica” TV series, (as opposed to the boring old lame ones) already started a script that he pitched.  Really?  Wow, that’s bottom of the barrel, in terms of inspiration. Wasn’t “Haunted Mansion” enough?

And if you ask  Geektyrant, your source for lots of high-profile Geek activity, they say:

“Apparently the project isn’t a high priority for the studio right now, just an idea they are playing with. They see it as a way to showcase several of their high-profile Disney characters. like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and everything else Disney owned.”

Great, more needless consumerism.  Although I will make it a personal CHALLENGE for Disney to make Goofy sexy again.  You hear me, Disney?

This is the least of his problems!

Mel Gibson and his wife of 30-years Robyn are close to a settlement regarding their divorce case.

Lance Spiegel, Mel's Lawyer, has submitted a property settlement proposal to Robyn's attorney, Laura Wasser.

Wasser says that she will know next month if Robyn accepts the offer, but she is "optimistic" as the divorce was amicable.

Can't say that about Oksana!

In the past few weeks we’ve seen motion poster artwork for SAW 3D (the final film in the horror franchise) that was both eye-popping and mind-blowing … today we get to see the final motion poster artwork for the film that shows that the finale is building to a HUGE conclusion:

After several years, several movies, and hundreds of traps, Jigsaw’s games will finally come to an end on October 29th when Lionsgate releases Kevin Greutert’s Saw 3D in theaters everywhere. Twisted Pictures producers confirmed that this is the final Saw, therefore what we have for you is something quite special … the final Saw 3D poster, which can also be considered the very last Saw poster ever. As epic as that sounds, the new one sheet mirrors that sentiment featuring the construction of a Statue of Liberty-sized Jigsaw. Mother-effin’-epic. Yeah!

The end is truly nigh … but how will it all end? Is this new motion poster a clue to what is in store in the SAW franchise finale? Check out the poster after the jump and judge for yourselves …

Glasses are so hot right now.  Why?  Maybe nerds are in. Or maybe it’s an accessory not many of us have explored just yet.  I mean, sometimes I kinda feel blessed for my hereditary shitty eyesight. No, not really! But glasses are fun.  Probably more fun than you’d think, judging on these celebrities who know how to rock a good prescription pair.

1. Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake is looking hot at “The Social Network” preview.  Can you see the screen? Check.  And you’ve got the dapper suit to match.

2. Simon Baker

Yum..that bushy blond hair and those thick glasses.  This dude can mentalize me any day. Did you see how I did that? Made an aggressive sexual joke with the title of his show? I’m amazing.

3.  Mila Jovovich

Love love love these Glasses. Mila Jovovich knows how to rock some non-conventional accessories, and these are no exception. Love the purple with the muted grey tones. Man,  I’m like,  Chanel over here.

4.  Madonna

Madonna looks like my Jewish great Uncle. In a good way, people!  I love her little fifties retro style glasses and leather jacket.

5. Samuel L. Jackson

Man, I also love the oil tycoon monopoly man look. Don’t you?  I mean,  put on a cap and put on those glasses and all you need is park place and a lit cigar.

6. Kevin McHale

Kevin Mchale is that wheelchair glee guy.  You know,  the one who can sing?  I guess they all can sing, thanks to autotune! Anyhoo, his glasses are awesome, and totally fit that face like a glove. I guess he can afford it, considering what show he’s working on.

If it ain't broke, why try and fix it?

Brit Brit was back in court this morning to review her father Jamie's conservatorship over her personal and financial matters, and Judge Reva Goetz has decided to have it continue for the time being.

The pop star and her father both met with the judge separately in closed chambers to discuss the matter, and Goetz reveals:

"I met with him (Jamie) and her (Britney) separately. I had a very nice conversation with her. Mr. Ingham (Britney's attorney) was present."

Another hearing has been set for October 14th.

Inneresting! That seems like a pretty short amount of time!

We wonder what they're looking to accomplish then!

[HMG Celebrity News] – After 13-years as the face of a line of couture whose intended audience never looks past the neck, Project Runway host Heidi Klum has announced she quitting Victoria’s Secret.

The 37-year old former model and mother of four says she’s too busy with other work to continue the link and won’t be walking the runway in Victoria’s November show.

“All good things have to come to an end,” she told Page Six. “I’ll always love Victoria’s Secret. It has been an absolutely amazing time.”

Dubbed ‘The Body’ by the media after her debut for Victoria in mid-’97, Heidi was then upgraded to ‘Head Angel’ and hosted the shows in 2002, 2006 and 2007.

Last year she stunned both fans and paparazzi by prowling the runway in gauze-thin lingerie – just five weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Lou Sulola Samuel on October 9^th.

With Heidi gone Victoria bosses have to crown a new Angel, and the bun-fight to replace her is fierce; Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrósio are potential contenders, as are younger Angels like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Candice Swanepoel or Erin Heatherton.

We’re speechless.

NBC has ordered a pilot of the remake of The Munsters and signed on creator of Pushing Daisies, Bryan Fuller. The series is being described as Modern Family meets True Blood. Guillermo del Toro is rumored to be attached to the project.

This sounds crazy! We can’t imagine a riskier series to relaunch, but Bryan Fuller and Pushing Daisies are great, so we have hope!

Do U think the remake will be any good?
