Last week, we learned that Cee-Lo Green and Maroon 5'sAdam Levine were in talks to join NBC/Mark Burnett's singing competition series The Voice, which is based on the top-rated series from the Netherlands, The Voice of Holland.
Now, we've learned that Cee-Lo and Adam have officially signed on for the show!
Here's what Burnett had to say about it:
“I am so happy that Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green have joined the coach panel for The Voice. Aside from being incredible voices, they bring years of experience in the music industry and a really cool vibe that has never been seen before on a music competition series.”
As a reminder, The Voice's format consists of four coaches who listen to, but don't watch singers, and if they like the singer, they push a button that sends them to the next round, to be claimed as one of their "students."

The news came yesterday that “Two and a Half Men” has been cancelled by CBS due to Charlie Sheen’s antics, but sources say the show could stay on the air! CBS bosses are reportedly hoping to keep the show going by replacing Charlie’s leading role with John Stamos, but the former “Full House” star says that nothing has been finalized yet:
“They were at the bar talking and Les asked John if he’d be interested in replacing Charlie,” one source says. “It wouldn’t be to play Charlie’s character but they talked more about introducing a new character.”
There were rumors early last week that Stamos was in talks to take over for Sheen, but Stamos tweeted on Friday, “Contrary to the rumors, I am not replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men. however, Martin Sheen has asked me to be his son.”
Thank God, they’re not trying to have John replace Charlie. Personally, I’d prefer to see the show go off the air altogether, but if CBS wants to try, go for it.
