Remember last Summer when we learned that Buffyverse alum and current Bones actor David Boreanaz was being sued for sexual harassment by an actress who claimed that he harassed her unprofessionally after the two worked together on his show? Yeah, well, all these months later we learn that the lawsuit as been settled … and we will not be hearing any more about the sordid affair.
David Boreanaz has put a sexual harassment lawsuit behind him — the one where a “Bones” actress claims he came onto her while she worked on the show. Kristina Hagan — an extra — claimed David sent her “sexually inappropriate text messages,” saying he could “make things happen for her.” She made many other lurid claims as well. When the lawsuit was filed, David’s lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, said the allegations were “absurd.” Kristina was repped by Gloria Allred, who sued both FOX and David. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
Of course, none of this should really come as any surprise to anyone. In Hollywood, all you need to do is pay the right price and you can usually make any problem go away. In the end, this settlement ends (Read more...)
Fan boys may have lost Megan Fox in the latest installment of the Transformers franchise, but they have gained an old ally: Leonard Nimoy.
The man who made Spock a household name is taking a crack at playing another alien life form.
The actor will voice Sentinel Prime in the upcoming Transformers: Dark of the Moon, who is being described as:
"the predecessor of Optimus Prime whose wrecked body is seen in the teaser trailer, found crash-landed on the moon by the Apollo 11 astronauts in 1969. Later, after being brought to Earth, he takes the disguise form of a fire engine in the movie's massive, climactic battle through Chicago."
Sounds pret-ty cool, but this isn't exactly new territory for the actor.
He voiced an animated robot The Transformers: The Movie back in 1986.
In fact, Michael Bay actually wanted to bring back Nimoy for the last Transformersfailure franchise installment, but explained:
"I was too scared to ask him. Plus, he's married to Susan Bay, who's a cousin of mine. So I had to be careful."
Well, we're glad Bay finally worked up the courage to ask because Leonard Nimoy's distinguished voice will add some much (Read more...)

We're sure that you've been following all the of 'drama' between Stephen Colbert and his BFFSM (best friend for six months) Jimmy Fallon, who both made the agreement that if $26,000 was made for the DonorsChoose charity, the former would perform Rebecca Black's Friday on Late Night tomorrow with The Roots!
Well, the goal was made, and much to Stephen's frustration and dismay, he's got a big performance coming up for which he has to practice!
Check out his impromptu rehearsal (above)!
LOLz! Poor thing! Just like he said: "A small minority who care about children had to ruin it for everyone!"
This is going to be unreal! Friday - and we mean the song, as well as the day of the week - is not going to know what hit it!
It's come to this: Bill O'Reilly is the voice of reason.
On that host's Fox News talk show last night, the journalist called out Donald Trump for pushing the absurd notion that Barack Obama was born outside the United States.
Referring to multiple announcements in Honolulu papers that documented Obama's birth, O'Reilly quipped to his guest: "What is he, the Baby Jesus? There was a sophisticated conspiracy to smuggle this baby back into the country?"
O'Reilly went on to doubt that Trump could possibly believe such nonsense, challenging the supposed Presidential candidate for just trying to be "provocative" and remain in the news. Watch the exchange here:
This afternoon, Ashlee Simpson was spotted with her soon to be ex-husband, Pete Wentz, and their son, Bronx Mowgli, at L.A.'s Beverly Glen mall. Everyone was all smiles and neither Ash or Pete seemed eager to be out of the other one's hair. In fact, after the mall, the stopped off at Starbucks and were seen chatting each other up for quite some time.
So friendly! Maybe something can be worked out between you two? If not, we're proud of you for putting your differences aside, at least for your son.

If you haven't heard, the jewelry store in Venice that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a necklace from put the surveillance tape from that fateful day online so that people could pay $2.99 a pop to watch.
Oh yeah, they thought they would be raking in the $$$ from this, but it turns out, Lindsay hasn't been as profitable for them as they planned.
Sources reveal that owners of Kamofie & Company "got a raw deal" and haven't seen any of the profits from the sale of this tape yet. The source adds that the owners feel like they've been played and are currently having their contracts reviewed by lawyers to see why that is.
Let's be frank - you're not getting scammed. It's just that no one is buying what you are selling!!! This is OLD news and BORING news if you can't actually see Lindsay stealing anything. What, you think people are going to piss their money away on this?!
