Well, so much for that!

Although Gwyneth Paltrow had been rumored to open some of her Glee co-star Matthew Morrison's upcoming solo shows, the actress has reportedly pulled out of the gig, claiming that it would be "bad" for her image?

A source explains:

"Gwyneth thought it would be bad for her image to go off on a US tour. She pulled out and Matthew has cancelled a number of his gigs. But he is still planning to come to London in June and they have plans to go out to dinner. She's not ruling out performing with him in the future."

And her spokesperson confirms:

"There are no plans for her to tour with Matthew. There were requests for her to perform at a few events but nothing was ever confirmed."

WTF? Bad for her image?

We didn't realize that performing a few songs would so deeply tarnish her GOOPy reputation! We suppose her wellness followers would just have NONE of it!

LOLz!

Bizarre!

Whatevs, though! He gets to tour with NKOTBSB, so we're sure he'll get over it pretty fast!

As expected both Scott McCreery and Lauren Alaina were signed to record deals soon after the American Idol finale. Perhaps surprisingly both signed with the same record label, Mercury Nashville.

So excited about the news, Mercury itself took a full page ad from today’s issue of Billboard Country Update to make the announcement.

Both soon to be country stars have entered the Billboard charts following their successful run on American Idol. McCreery’s “I Love You This Big” is closing into 200K digital downloads and expected to land at the #1 spot for Country digital songs this week. Meanwhile Alaina’s ode to moms “Like My Mother Does” is not far behind with 125K digital downloads.

Yeah, as sad as we are to say it, we definitely think that NBC was smart to take this one out back and shoot it.

Check out some shots from the canned Wonder Woman pilot written by David E. Kelley, which starred Adrianne Palacki as the iconic superhero in what the general consensus from TV insiders expressed to be a god-awful adaptation (above and below)!

Frankly, from the look of the costume alone, we're going to have to agree!

It's definitely better than the originally-released design, but good lord, does it still look like a bad Halloween costume or what?!

Oh, well! Hopefully everyone involved is already on to bigger and better things!

We just hope that the next time someone tries to reboot this franchise, they use this as a guide on what NOT to do!

The family of late star Jeff Conaway had an autopsy performed over the weekend, just in case:

“Jeff's sisters are aware of his long battle with prescription drugs, and they know that this was the contributing factor in Jeff's death, but at the same time they wanted to set their minds to rest.”

If you're thinking to yourself that you didn't hear anything in the time leading up to his death that was suspecting of foul play, you don't have to worry, because there wasn't.

But that doesn't mean that the family shouldn't have ordered one.

Here's why:

Conaway's ex-fiancé, Vikki Spinoza wasn't allowed to see Jeff in the hospital because his family secured a restraining order against her barring her from visiting. Conway and Spinoza had a very contentious relationship in which he accused her, in court documents, of injecting him with painkillers before orchestrating a police bust at the Los Angeles home they previously shared.

We aren't trying to imply anything, on the contrary, we think he passed with no foul play, but after hearing that reason we can't help but agree that it would be best just to be safe.

Columbia Records is going to have one busy summer. Along with finishing Beyonce's soon-to-be smash album 4,and the Dixie Chicks' reunion album (!!!!), Theresa Labarbera Whites, Senior VP of A&R at the label, confirmed this week that the Glee star, who the plays the deliciously bitchy lesbian Santana, will get to work on her debut album once the Glee tour is over. Naya's solo effort won't be the first time she's worked on an album though. She's been songwriting since she was 15 (now 24) and has been doing her thing in this biz since 1991.

In other words, she's been working her ass off since adolescence and finally, it's paying off! Woo!

What kind of music will she make, we wonder? If we're going off what we've heard of her on the show, it'll probably be something very Amy Winehouse-esque. We could be down with that.

Frank Sinatra's widow Barbara Sinatra has opened up about the legendary singer in a her new memoir Lady Blue Eyes: My Life With Frank, and she's got some very inneresting things to say about the man.

Here's Barbara on Frank's obsessive cleaning habits:

"He was a guy who took about 12 showers a day. I mean, he was neat. He always smelled of lavender."

Barbara on how Frank was able to win her heart over after she first met him:

"I didn't recognize him. I recognized some of the others. I said, 'I don't care. I'm not dealing with a bunch of drunks.' Once he turned on the charm, my defenses rolled away like tumbleweed."

Barbara on Frank's intoxicing scent and "sexual energy":

"Inhaling his heady scent of lavender water, Camel cigarettes, and Jack Daniel's, I could do nothing but savour the moment of intoxication, oblivious to the consequences. He had a sexual energy all his own. Even Elvis Presley, whom I'd met in Vegas, never had it quite like that."

New York City is losing one of it's most iconic actresses!

Dynasty star Joan Collins has decided to sell her 3-bedroom Manhattan apartment at the Dorchester for $2.89 million!

Apparently the recession has taken a toll on her ability to maintain four homes located in El Lay, NYC, London, and France, as she admitted:

"We always knew that there would probably come a time when either our L.A. home or this one would have to go and we have made the sad decision that it will be this place. Many people have said to us, 'How on earth can you afford to keep four homes?' And the fact is, in this day and age, we can't.'"

So true, especially when the monthly maintenance fee is $2,915!

We're sure the Big Apple will miss her face, but at least we know we'll still be seeing more SIGHtings of her out here on the West Coast! Yay!
