Nicolas Cage’s son, Weston Cage has been in the news recently. For all the wrong reasons. And now the man who helped by beating him up, Kevin Villegas, has won a restraining order against Weston after claiming harassment.

As you’ll recall, Mr. Villegas, who was Weston’s personal trainer, was engaged in a fight with 20-year old Weston at the ‘Farmer’s Kitchen’ restaurant in Hollywood on June 9th, during which it’s alleged Weston was punched in the face. Thirteen times.

Cops were called and Weston left the scene on a gurney, en route to Cedars Sinai Hospital where he was given a mental evaluation.

Kevin then promptly filed a request for a restraining order against Weston [seen here with new wife, Nikki Williams,] saying the actor’s son was “mentally unstable” and claiming he received “threats of violence” aimed at both him and his family on the day of the fight.

Today an LA judge granted the order, which now requires Weston to remain at least 100-yards from both Villegas and his family at all times…Or else.
