Miley Cyrus leaves Nick Jonas behind, buys new $3.9-million home

Most folks who got to live next door to Nick Jonas wouldn’t be in much of a hurry to move, but Miley Cyrus is not most folks. She’s just traded her $3.4-million home for a ritzy new place in Studio City – at $3.9-million.
“She moved in a few months ago,” says a source close to the deal. “And she decorated the place in her own unique style — very funky.”
Miley lived at the $3.4-million estate in Toluca Lake for just over a year, but she’s really traded up.
So what do you get for $3.9-million? Five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a salt-water pool, a spa, a gym, panoramic views of LA, a professional-grade kitchen and a floor plan that should make the place the perfect venue for Miley’s famous parties, or working on her new movie.
The Realtors call it ‘a one-of-a-kind offering nestled atop the hills of Studio City,’ which they say boasts ‘lush canyon vistas that create a unique opportunity to toast the sunset with breathtaking views.’
