Because things can always get worse when you are a Lohan. It’s their curse.

So Lindsay Michael Lohan is in jail right now for a multitude of reasons and he poised to have to stay in there for several dozen more. Adding to the list this morning is a warrant for his arrest in Suffolf County, NY. The active warrant was filed over a year ago when Michael fell behind on his child support payments.

Oh no, don’t be mistaken. This is not Dina’s doing. This is the OTHER baby momma in his life. You know, the one he birth a child within secret and has been sending checks to for years to keep the matter all under wraps. When he finally started falling behind on those payments, the police wanted to drag Mike in to answer to a judge. He’s be dodging it ever since last November.

Yeah, not gonna be able to do that anymore huh! A rep for the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office insists that Papa Lohan will be arrested on sight should he make an appearance in NYC, Nassau County or Suffolk County.

No worries though. He’s not going ANYWHERE for awhile!

I just read on TMZ that the reason that Kim and Kris are divorcing is that he wanted her to move to Minnesota once they were married and she didn’t want to move away from LA because of her family and career.

Clearly, these are “irreconcilable differences” if, that is, you live on Mars.

Now you might be wondering why they didn’t discuss this issue before their $10 million wedding.  I’m sure they did, and here’s how I think it probably went down:

Kris: I’d like to move Minnesota after we get married.

Kim: Do you think these jeans make my ass look fat?

Kris: I’m serious Kim.  We need to come to some sort of understanding of where we will eventually live.

Kim: Did you just fart?  Ewww…That’s so gross.  Reggie would never have passed gas when he was talking.  I just can’t believe you would do that.

Kris: Will you please talk with me about this Minnesota move.  If you don’t say “no” I shall assume that you’re on board.

Kim: I swear if Khloe or Kourtney come to the wedding without an attitude I’m going to go ballistic.  I know that they’re probably sooooo jealous that I got to spend so much on this wedding.

J. Crew president Jenna Lyons' divorce from Vincent Mazeau has been playing out in the tabloids, with conflicting reports about just what transpired between them.

Specifically, when Jenna began dating Courtney Crangi.

"They met at a fashion event several years ago ... at least three years ago ... and became friends," a source close to them told People. "They got together this summer after Jenna's [nine-year] relationship [with Mazeau] ended."

The source also emphasized that the Lyons-Crangi relationship "absolutely" did not break up the Lyons' marriage. A Mazeau source, however, says otherwise.

The insider close to the fashion icon says Jenna Lyons and Vincent Mazeau still live together in their Brooklyn brownstone for the sake of their son, Beckett.

"They separated two years ago, and Jenna went through several months of trying to work it out. But two years later their problems got worse and worse."

A source close to Mazeau takes issue with that perspective, however.

"Like most marriages, they had their share of ups and downs over the years, but despite what's been reported in the press, they were not split before Jenna and Courtney began their relationship," the Mazeau source says emphatically.

It's shocking but true: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are getting a divorce. The former followed the paperwork this morning in Los Angeles, following just over two months of marriage.

With the Twitterverse continuing to explode, Kim has released the following statement:

"After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

Most couples ask the media to be considerate of their privacy at a time like this, but let's be serious: Kris Jenner is likely planning an interview blitz for her daughter as we type.

So, what caused the split? Sources say Kim and Kris could not settle on where to settle down, with Humphries assuming the pair would end up in his native Minnesota, but Kardashian wanting to be closer to Las Vegas red carpets family.

While pretty much EVERYONE has been operating on the assumption that Jessica Simpson is pregnant, she has managed to remain completely silent on the matter. Despite the fact that she has been showing off a significant baby bump for weeks, Jess has refused to comment on the pregnancy rumors … until now. Jessica just tweeted a message that read !!!ANNOUNCEMENT!!! that pointed to a photo of the former popstar dressed as a Mummy. A “mummy”, get it?

It’s True! I am going to be a mummy!

And there we have it. Jessica Simpson has confirmed the news that anyone with eyes already knew. BUT, I must say … she did choose a very cute way to officially announce the news. So … it’s official … we can now REALLY send out our warmest congrats to Jess and her baby daddy to be Eric Johnson.

How popular are the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge?

Do we even have to answer that question at this point?

Prince William and Kate Middleton have received about 60,000 letters and cards of goodwill from members of the public since their engagement nearly a year ago.

The number of messages peaked again around the time of the royal wedding in April - and the coolest thing about it is that a return address guarantees a reply.

"There was everything from posters made by classes of schoolchildren to cards sent by other members of the public," says a Palace aide of the letters to the royals.

A group of junior girl guides - called Rainbows - in Glasgow sent a congratulations card, and then got word that the Duke and Duchess were "immensely touched."

Workers in the couple's office in St. James's Palace are still going through all the letters and cards in a bid to answer them, which they say they do ... eventually.

"It will take quite a while for the small team to get to answer them all, but everyone gets a reply if there is a return address," says a Palace aide of the fan mail.
