There's a lot being said about Kim Kardashian's shocking announcement this morning that after 72 days of marriage, she had decided to divorce Kris Humphries. Kim has released her side of things via an official statement, but she remained vague on the details that led to the breakup. However, the word coming out of Kris' camp is that he was completely blindsided by the divorce filing and what's more, he doesn't believe in absolving the union.

But you know what? It's KIM who is blindsided now, as multiple sources EXCLUSIVELY tell PerezHilton.com that Kris had agreed on releasing a "joint statement" with Kim prior to his announcement.

We're told that Kris veered from the original plan to just announce the split via a joint statement. Pulling the "religion card" now is just his way of "fighting dirty," says one source, who adds that Kris "begs to be in Hollywood," and that he's "a fame whore [who] wanted to do the show and wedding special."

Uh-oh! This split is turning out to be anything but amicable!

The singer just tweeted, "It's true ... I"m going to be a mummy!" -- posting a pic of herself in a mummy costume ... holding her baby bump.

We told you guys that Kris Humphries was reportedly blindsided by Kim filing for divorce this morning... but that isn't going to stop him just yet, because he's going to do whatever it takes to make it work. He's spoken up, saying:

"I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce ... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

We're glad he's being open about what's going on, but we can't really imagine a marriage lasting when a divorce was filed 72 days into it regardless if she postpones it (so he can "do whatever it takes").

Do U think Kim will give him another shot??

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humpries after just 72 days of marriage. Perhaps her fairy tale wedding was not what it was meant to be after all.

Or maybe it was, given who we're talking about. She made millions off her big day and E! can start looking for her next future ex-husband in the near future.

They're far from the only stars to tie the knot only to bail almost immediately, however. Where do Kim and Kris rank among the worst celebrity marriages?

In the last decade, stars like Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Murphy and Pamela Anderson (twice!) have seen unions dissolve within the same year of their nuptials.

Heck, Britney Spears tied the knot to Jason Alexander in Vegas and had it annulled 55 hours later. Time enough for him to get it in, and that's about it.

One of the shortest in recent times came when Chris Kattan wed Sunshine Tutt on June 28, 2008 ... and divorced her August 10. Terrible marriage, awesome name.

Even more recently, Tara Reid and Zack Kehayov tied the knot in August of 2011, but now she's saying it was bogus and never even legal. Weaksauce.

Oh, how things have changed since August!

Earlier today, we announced the SHOCKING news that Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries after only 72 DAYS of marriage!!!!

Then, Kim released a statement about their divorce, claiming that she had HOPED her marriage to Kris would be forever.

Now, we're hearing that Kim doesn't want any spousal support from Kris...and she also doesn't want to give him any either!

We're also hearing that Kim wants them both to pay their own attorney fees.

What did Kris do to make you so mad, Kim? Did it have anything to do with his trip to Miami???

It’s Hallowe’en day today but folks have been dressing up and celebrating since Friday night (Thursday night, in some cases) … and that includes celebrities. The official Twitter accounts of celebs have been blowing up with fun photos of some of our fave celebs in costume. Click below to see some of my fave photos that I’ve seen thus far.

Heidi Klum always brings it when she desses up for Hallowe’en and this year is no exception. Her skinned human costume is amazing. I dare say she is the QUEEN of celebs in costume. Zachary Quinto says he put his costume together at the last minute … and I’d say his “fireworks on the 4th of July” costume is a pretty good one. Nicole Richie as Jennifer Lopez is TO DIE! She looks fab. Joel Madden is Hunter S. Thompson, Glee‘s Amber Riley is Nicki Minaj while Lea Michele is the Swan Queen. Bethenny Frankel rounds out this group as Hello Kitty. These are fun costumes … I can’t wait to see more!

Sistahs 4 lyfe!

Khloe Kardashian came to the defense of her older sister Kim by taking to her Twitter and speaking out on Kim's announcement that she's divorcing Kris Humphries.

Speaking out against the haters and the doubters, Khloe wrote:

Reading some these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything

You have to admit, Khloe, people are going to be vocal when it comes to this type of situation. A 72-day marriage built around a $10 million wedding isn't something that we like to take lightly.

BUT, she is your sister and we know she's grateful that you have her back. You are right, there's no need for hateful comments. At least Kim's got her real family by her side.

For the record: Taylor Swift is NOT posing topless anywhere on the Internet. That much is certain.

Over the weekend, however, a site desperate for traffic photoshopped a picture to make it look - to the REALLY untrained eye - as if the singer were propped on her bed, shirt off, smile on her face.

Protective of her reputation, Swift has fired off a letter demanding the site remove the image.

As of this writing, though, it remains live on a URL that bills itself as a "holy Muslim celebrity gossip site" and which has "jihad" in the name. Seriously, it's not even worth linking to. We're not gonna give the owners the pleasure.

Just rest assured, readers, that any headline you see that screams TAYLOR SWIFT TOPLESS is a lie. Thank you.
