Just when the world gets progressive, things like this happen.
A church in Pike County, Kentucky voted to ban interracial couples.
Stella Harville brought her Zimbabwan fiancé, Ticha Chikuni, to church in June.
Over the next five months, church goers have tried to ban interracial couples.
Is that even legal?
Stella went on to say the following:
It's just a travesty, especially in Christianity that the church feels this way. They cross the line in revoking my fiancé and I's right to worship in a public place
Harville says she wants the church to reverse the decision.
If they do not, the couple, who do not live in Pike County, plan on attending another church.
Check out the video above for the full report.
Here's something interesting for everybody!
A lawyer in Chicago posted a job opening for a secretary in the "adult gigs" section of their local Craigslist.
The post asked for the usual: resume, contact information, and measurements.
Wait. Measurements? What??
But hey, this economy sucks, so Debbi sent 'em in! In return, she received this email from the lawyer:
As this is posted in the "adult gigs" section, in addition to the legal work, you would be required to have sexual interaction with me and my partner, sometimes together sometimes separate. This part of the job would require sexy dressing and flirtatious interaction with me and my partner, as well as sexual interaction. You will have to be comfortable doing this with us.
We have to be sure you're comfortable with that aspect, because I don't want you to do anything that you're not comfortable with. So since that time, we've decided that as part of the interview process you'll be required to perform for us sexually.
Because that aspect is an integral part of the job, I think it's necessary to see if you can do that, because it'll predict future behavior of you being able to handle it when (Read more...)

Sources are saying that Microsoft is currently working on creating an Office business app, which would be compatible with Apple's iPad.
No word yet on a release date or price, but we're hearing that the app will probably cost around $10, and it is likely to be released sometime next year!
Ten bucks for full compatibility with Office files? Sounds like a pret-ty decent deal to us!
What do U think? Would U like a Microsoft Office app on UR iPad???

Yet another indicator that the Cain train might stop chugging.
Yesterday, Herman Cain said that it was time to "reassess things" during a conference call, even though he had just told Wolf Blitzer that he'd still be running for President despite the newest affair claim.
Now, Cain has cancelled a private dinner with high profile TV personalities including Barbara Walters, Matt Lauer, and Bill O'Reilly. Yeah, he's definitely on his way out.
According to news station NY1, Cain WAS going to have New York Post's Cindy Adams host the dinner at her Park Avenue apartment, but then Cain's lawyer friend/adviser John Coale reportedly called her and asked her "to cancel the dinner in case he decides to end his campaign."
Probably a smart move. Cain needs to focus his energy on reassessing his campaign. It's always good to reassess when U get called out for having a 13-year extra-marital affair during a presidential campaign.
What do U think? Is Herman Cain's dinner cancellation a sign that he's almost done reassessing???

If you look at the above DVD cover, you'd think Jesse Eisenberg was the star of some random movie called Camp Hell.
But, you'd be wrong, because according to the actor, he was in the film for "less than five minutes."
The actor has rightfully filed a lawsuit against Lionsgate Entertainment and Grindstone Entertainment for trying to fraudulently capitalize on his fame by using his name and face to promote a movie he was barely in.
Jesse originally agreed to play a small cameo role in the film "as a favor to friends" for "minimal compensation," but Lionsgate is promoting it, in hopes to capitalize on it, as if he were the main A-list star in the film.
The legal docs say:
"Eisenberg is bringing this lawsuit in order to warn his fans and public that, contrary to the manner in which the defendants are advertising the film, Eisenberg is not the star of and does not appear in a prominent role in Camp Hell, but instead has a cameo role in Camp Hell."
He's asking for damages of at least $3 million. (Probably his original asking price for starring in the film! Ha, we kid...)
Sounds like someone's (Read more...)
