How does he sleep at night?

Ashton Kutcher showed little concern for his ex-wife Demi Moore as he made his way out of a Brazilian nightclub Tuesday night. With a twiggy, blonde on his arm, Ashton was spotted making his way through the throngs of paparazzi waiting for him, ignoring all their questions about Demi and how she was doing.

His silence is very telling. Either he feels really guilty about leaving her in her time of need so he doesn't want to exasperate the situation by talking to the press ... or he hasn't a clue what is going on with her, since he hasn't even picked up the phone to check.

We really don't want to believe it is he latter, but ...
