Woot Woot Woot!!! I’ve got some GREAT new stuff from The Hunger Games to share with all y’all today. As you may recall, last week we saw The Avengers on the cover of the new issue of Empire magazine. Included in the issue are new photos from The Hunger Games — and they are pretty freakin’ cool photos, too. This new issue of Empire brings us a new photo of Katniss (played by Jennifer Lawrence) as well as a new photo that features Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson). Additionally, Empire published a series of 6 “trading cards” that feature some of the other Panem tributes who are also competing in The Hunger Games. Check out the scans from Empire magazine below.

I love the Katniss photo but I really LOVE the Effie, Haymitch and Peeta photo. That image alone says a LOT about what The Hunger Games is all about (if you’ve read the books, I think you’ll agree with me).
