Rude Music Inc. is slapping Newt Gingrich with a lawsuit for pirating Eye of the Tiger.

The company claims that the politician has been using the song as various events since 2009.

Naughty, naughty Newt!

According to the docs, Newt used the song at the Conservative Political Action Conference from 2009 to 2011 and used it at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in 2010.

Wonder what this does for his political funds and campaign.
