Yes, that is Nick Carter ... and yes, he does have his hair sweeped to the side like The Biebs. You know what's funny, though? Justin doesn't even wear his hair like this anymore! Like, legit! He's even over it!

So what in hell made you think you could pull it off, Nicky? And why would you want to hide your handsome face with all that hair anyway? And why would you add the sideburns???? Is this a joke? Are we being Punked? Are you being Punked?!
