There is one pissed off actress/writer out there!! Let's just hope she doesn't take a page out of her own (alleged) story, because the gurl knows revenge!! Ha!

Yvonne Delarosa has filed a lawsuit against Robert Rodriguez and Ethan Maniquis over their movie Machete, which, if you haven't seen it, is about a man out for revenge that uses a machete. Not exactly shakespeare, but hey, it got the job done.

Either way, she's claiming Maniquis solicited her for ideas in 2005 for a movie -- in which a man goes on a killing spree with a machete!

Then they didn't pay her, and in 2010 they used a bunch of her ideas. She was under the assumption she'd be paid.

Now she's suing for breach of contract. The question is -- was there a contract?? Is she claiming it was verbal??

Like it or not, or if she's right or wrong, these kinds of cases are EXTREMELY hard to prove. Which is why if you're a writer, you should be registering everything you write!

We wonder if she has a case. Guess we'll find out!
