Early last month we learned that Scholastic Publishing is readying the release of a few movie tie-in books for the upcoming big screen adaptation of The Hunger Games and today we get to check out some photos from The Hunger Games: Official Illustrated Movie Companion. Now, BE WARNED … the photos below may be considered spoilers since the film has not been released yet … but … if you want to see really fantastic photos of Katniss‘s mother & her sister Prim, Katniss & Greasy Sae, Seneca Crane and one of the Capitol hovercraft vehicles … then click below and check ‘em out.

These are just some of the photos that are featured in this new book. The book also includes new photos of Effie Trinkett, Haymitch Abernathy, many of the other District Tributes (including little Rue from District 11) and, of course, Katniss & Peeta and more. The book will give Hunger Games fans the first look at many scenes from the upcoming film WAY before the movie hits theaters so … if you just can’t wait, you might want to pick up this book.
