We are less than a week away from Valentine’s Day and that means that our fave TV shows are getting into the VD mood in order to capitalize on the big holiday. The principal cast of The Vampire Diaries is featured on the cover of this week’s VD-inspired issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine and as you can see below, they make for a HAWT coverphoto. Not since Buffy had to choose between her love for Angel and her love for Spike has there been a hot girl on vampires threesome like the one enjoyed by Elena (played by Nina Dobrev), Stefan (played by Paul Wesley) and Damon (played by Ian Somerhalder) on The Vampire Diaries. Somehow, for a series packed with vampires, werewolves, witches, hybrids (and yes, even the occasional ghost), it’s a love triangle between two undead brothers, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley), and one very mortal girl, Elena (Nina Dobrev), that gets The Vampire Diaries fans the most riled up.
