The disturbing tapes and Mel Gibson voicemails, in which the star rages against Oksana Grigorieva, prove little other than that he needs serious help.

Is he guilty of domestic abuse? That's the question police are trying to answer, and searching for evidence thereof. Did they just find a critical piece?

Oksana Grigorieva wrote an email to her lawyer detailing the beating Mel Gibson inflicted on her just hours after it happened, Radar Online reports.

The celebrity gossip site, which has become her de facto mouthpiece, says the email's story is consistent with what she told authorities months later.

Gibson has denied ever attacking Grigorieva physically, and has charged that she is extorting him - a claim the police are also investigating seriously.

But by documenting events early January 7, soon after they happened, Oksana has created potentially powerful evidence supporting her abuse claims.

“He hit me in the face with a fist and broke two of my front teeth, as well as choking me with his elbow and squishing my face down," she writes.

Some have speculated that Oksana Grigorieva changed her story as she negotiated a settlement with Gibson, the email seems to suggest otherwise.

Hulk Hogan‘s ex-wife Linda is reportedly engaged to her 21-year-old boyfriend, Charlie Hill. Linda, who is currently 50 years old, met Charlie through her son Nick, who is 20. Linda has been babysitting dating Charlie for about 2 years now, and they hope to tie the knot soon. Bonus: Charlie is a year younger then Linda and Hulk’s daughter Brooke (just in case I haven’t already made it clear how weird this relationship is).

Strangely enough, they don’t look like there is that much of an age gap between them – it might be because Charlie looks like a normal, young version of Hulk, and Linda has obviously injected about a billion dollars worth of botox into every inch of her face, that or the orange glow tan really does take years off you – ah, and the matching blonde ponytails make them look like sister and brother to top it all off.

Hulk was the first to offer his congratulations to the couple:

“I’m ecstatic for her, I’m very happy for them. I think they’re perfect for each other. I wish them the best.”

Hulk is also engaged – to Jennifer McDaniel, who is 20 years younger then him. Last year, Brooke made some mean comments about her new father Charlie (yes, father, even though he’s younger – oh I’m confused) she said:

“He is a loser, I don’t have a problem with age – it’s more about character. Her love is not real and not right.’

Let’s not forget about Nick, the son who left one of his friends almost completely brain dead because of his need for speed. What a fun family!

Kendall Jenner, half sister of Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian has responded to the controversy which surrounded a recent photo shoot that she took part in, in which she appeared clad in a bikini in a beach themed shoot, even though she’s just 14 years old. Kendall, sounding reassuringly mature, made a statement:

“I am excited to be working as a model, doing what I love to do, my entire family was very supportive, though my dad was a bit concerned at first, he knows that I am responsible enough that I wouldn’t do anything I wasn’t ready to do, or didn’t want to do. Going into this shoot, it was never my intention to be provocative or too racy. It was a beach shoot, and I was wearing beachwear. I am happy with my age, and am not trying to rush into anything too soon. I look forward to all the milestones my teens have to offer – Sweet 16, turning 18, and so on.”

The woman who supposedly gave birth to Mocienne Petit Jackson says ... she did not give birth to her. That will put the kibosh on a paternity claim quickly!

Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, the sister of Michael's friend Diana Ross, says Mocienne Petit Jackson "is not my daughter," but that she is "delusional" and "bizarre."

Another major hole in this tall tale, in which she is alleged to have conceived a child with Michael Jackson back in 1975? She never even met the pop icon.

Up until now, Elisabetta Canalis has been known as the gorgeous woman on the arm of George Clooney for the past year.

But the Italian beauty suddenly finds herself in the news for other, far more sordid reasons: a fellow model (turned prostitute) claims she saw Canalis snort a couple lines of cocaine at a Milan nightclub in 2007.

Referring to a 2007 incident at The Club, an establishment under investigation for allowing drugs and sex, Karima Menad told prosecutors two years ago: "I remember taking cocaine with Elisabetta Canalis and two others."

This admission is part of documents obtained this week by Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Canalis started dating Clooney last July, but Menad was referring to a night in December 2007 in her testimony, adding:

"We had been at a party of some famous, rich celebrity whose name I cannot remember. I don't remember who brought the drugs but we all took it."

The Club was shut down on July 26 amidst reports that women were brought in to entertain customers.

George Clooney‘s Italian model girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis is now being investigated after a witness came forward to say that they saw Elisabetta snort cocaine in a club in Milan in 2007. The witness who is claiming this is 26-year-old model-turned-prostitute Karima Menad – she claims that she saw her snort coke twice while they were partying at the club in question. In official documents, the witness recounts the party:

“I remember taking cocaine with Elisabetta Canalis and two others, we were in The Club and it was December 2007, we had been at a party of some famous, rich celebrity whose name I cannot remember. I don’t remember who brought the drugs but we all took it.”

Women were reportedly brought into the club to entertain the customers – another source, linked to the case stated in documents:

“Their job was to encourage these customers to drink alcohol as to increase the table’s bill, followed up by sex off premises, they were often given cocaine for free by those who want to sit at a table of famous people…they want the visibility that comes from being seated at a central table, and to be seen with models, or celebrities from fashion, entertainment and sport.”

Elisabetta began dating George Clooney in 2009, so this took place before she knew him – but will these reports effect their relationship? I guess we’ll find out as the investigation digs up new dirt!
