After being denied from buying a $2 million condo, she kept searching, and now she’s found, and purchased, another $2 million condo in a very exclusive area in Manhattan.
Sources say that Uchitel purchased her new condo for the asking price, but what does she care? It’s all on Tiger’s dime anyway!
The homeowner’s association for her new building reportedly did not want her to move in, but unlike the previous building which refused to sell to her, it looks like these guys were all talk!
The word is that one of Rachel’s major motivations for purchasing this apartment was to have a place that would be well suited for a family to wreck.

Gossip singer Beth Ditto has opened up about her calling it quits with her former partner, Freddie, as well as her new relationship with her personal assistant, Kristin, and her plans to have a child!
She reveals:
"It was something that I kept hidden deep inside of me. But everyone knew. Even people are parties and clubs would be like, 'When are they going to get together?' There was always a little guilt inside of me because I felt I was cheating, but I never cheated. We never did anything. I dated Freddie for nine years, and I was always worried it was going to end. With Kristin I never worry about it ending, I just feel completely full and whole."
"I want to do it when I'm 37. But I do want to go to the doctor in the next year and start taking it really seriously. Once these clothing lines are out I can take space and think about the baby."

Michael Lohan wants to open his own rehab facility in California and he says it's going to be "faith-based" and his mission in life!
He explains:
"After seeing what my daughter, myself and other people I know have been through, it has led me to realize this is my calling and purpose in life…we are rehab that focuses on mind, body and soul. It is a spiritual retreat…The basis of the rehab will be that there is a God; that good conquers evil; that the best way to live is to treat others like you want to be treated; and treat your body like a temple.
I'm not going to close my doors on anyone. We may offer a scholarship [to those in need]. You don't have to be Lindsay Lohan or Nicole Richie or Robert Downey Jr. or a celebrity to get rehab….all I want to [do] is open this place and see my family, Dina and my children are in a good place. Oksana Grigorieva currently receives around $5,000 a month from Mel Gibson in child support for their baby daughter Lucia. Plus, he also pays for the Sherman Oaks home where Oksana and Lucia live.
But NOW, Oksana is asking for $40,000 a month!! That's almost ten times as much as she's getting now!!
While we think Mel should have no problem giving every dime he has to support his daughter, it does seem like a tough sell for a 9-month-old baby. Especially since Oksana receives "only" $2,500 in child support from actor Timothy Dalton for their 13-year-old son Alexander.
As a source so eloquently put it, "Lifestyle is not an issue for a 9-month-old. Think she knows the difference between a Ford and a Bentley?"

A judge ruled yesterday that Paris Hilton violated the terms of her contract when she didn't do interviews for the 2006 box office bomb Pledge This!
Paris skipped out on the British and Russian media circuits and now it's going to cost her!
Worldwide Entertainment Group filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against her demanding $1 million, but lucky for her the judge ruled she only owes around $160K.
That's peanuts for Paris!
