6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of your Notice, Inspirationally.org will conduct an investigation. If Inspirationally.org determines that a copyright or intellectual property violation has occurred, Inspirationally.org will remove the copyrighted content and/or intellectual property in question immediately.

As a service to our users Inspirationally.org displays content from RSS (Real Simple Syndication). If your content is being re-published via RSS at Inspirationally.org in a manner that you do not approve of, please notify us using the steps outlined above and we will remove your feed from our site immediately. We cannot accommodate requests to edit the format and/or display of RSS content.
