While many assume that Ryan Seacrest and Carson Daly have a secret rivalry that runs deep, our pal and The Voice host Carson says that ain't the truth. Sure, maybe they have similar career paths, but that doesn't mean there is any envy, jealous or bitterness between them. Carson shared:
"Ryan and I have been friends for a long time, and the press assumes that there's some competitive spirit there, but not at all. Ryan and I try to get together every year to have a drink around New Year's Eve because it's the only time that we're both around."
What a nice little tradition! We bet they have a lot to talk about, stuff they can relate to.
Apparently, their group has grown now, as the pair invited Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper to join them last December for their annual pow-wow. Marisa Tomei hasn't been a very good neighbor!
Insurance companies of her neighbors are slamming her with a lawsuit, claiming a leak from her apartment caused extensive water damage.
The lawsuit claims Tomei's negligence caused over $128,000 in damages.
One of her neighbors is actually the famous director, John Waters.
Yep. John Waters. LOLz!
But he's got no beef with Marisa. He states that the lawsuit is a standard procedure the insurance companies do.

Kurt Cobain's widow is being evicted from her NYC apartment over redoing the wallpaper without the owner's permission and setting the walls ablaze... among other things, like rent claims, etc...
And Donna Lyon isn't playing around! Gurlfriend has set a court date, requiring Court to answer.
But Court's already speaking out! According to her:
I haven't fallen behind on the rent -- I have been paying month to month as agreed. My rent is current, but the owner is now asking for the remaining two months upfront. Even thought it's not required, I'd happily pay that and another six months' rent if she would extend the lease for six months.
Court also says that while she did redo the walls, she asked for the owner's permission and even used a painter approved by Donna!
Sources close are accusing Donna of just making this a "big to-do" to draw publicity in hopes of selling more pads!

Honestly, that makes sense to us!
If you're going to be in and out of Europe for business extremely often, it seems like it'd be much better to have your home base in NYC (or even Europe for that matter!)!

So the real-life Breaking Dawn lovebirds are keeping it cozy in a comfy Notting Hill apartment at the moment.
The two decided to rent it out since it's in a centralized location for their Breaking Dawn tour. It's also in the same town that K-Stew's Snow White And The Huntsman is filming in. Perfect!
The lovers' loft is adorned in nude shades and little furniture. There's even a rooftop deck that allows them the joys of a beautiful London skyline.
