Tommy Lee Is Getting Sued!

We were going to write that the guys was "suing the pants off him," but that would've been too easy! LOL!

Anyway, a new lawsuit is being brought up against Tommy Lee by his former assistant for defamation and failure to pay overtime. The famed ex of Pamela Anderson and Motely Crue drummer apparently treat the guy pretty terribly during the almost six years that they worked together and now, the guys is coming forward.

The plantiff, Michael Sullivan, had his lawyer explain in documentation:

"Lee found Sullivan so useful that he required him to stay at his residence so that he was always available for service. However after requiring Sullivan to stay at the home and obtaining the benefits of Sullivan's presence in his home, in 2009, Lee began deducting $1,000 from his wages every month for ‘rent.’”

OMG! What?! You forced the guy to live in your house and then you charge him rent?! What a lousy move that was!

What is worse is that Lee took things even further, according to Sullivan, docking his pay if he was even a few minutes late for work, or if Tommy was angry with him about something. Now, he (Read more...)

Donald Faison And Cacee Cobb Are Engaged!

Such wonderful news!

Former Scrubs actor Donald Faison and his girlfriend, Cacee Cobb, have gotten engaged!

His co-star, Zach Braff, Tweeted:

"Congrats to @donald_faison and @caceecobb on their engagement. Just wish I was there to run around you both with sparklers."

Nice! So exciting!

We wonder if Cacee's going to beat her former employer, Jessica Simpson, down the aisle!

We're betting YES!

Casey Anthony’s Attorney Retiring

Within only a few short hours after the verdict came in, veteran Assistant State Attorney, Jeff Ashton, announced his plans for retirement at the end of the week.

Ashton had put in thirty years of dedication at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office, and according to those working with him, the decision was a personal matter.

Being one of Casey Anthony's three Assistant State Attorneys for the first degree murder trial, Ashton definitely showed his talent, being the first prosecutor in the nation to use air sample science in his client's defense.

He also displayed a deep knowledge of the science used by the state when defending Anthony - specifically when discussing the decomposition odor and chloroform findings from Casey Anthony's car trunk.

Making forensic pathologist, Dr. Werner Spitz, look as out of touch as possible with the case, he concluded that the expert's findings were lacking believability, leaving the jury to presumably ponder the same.

Having won another murder trial, Ashton will exit his career this Friday.

Usually for retirements, we would say congratulations, but in this case, all we can do is reiterate the solemn thought that there are no real winners here.

Mariah Carey Tapped To Mentor Contestants On US X Factor!

YES! We had hoped that she would be involved in some capacity!

Back before any of the X Factor/Cheryl Cole drama, there were reports that Simon Cowell was courting a then-very pregnant Mariah Carey for a position on the judges panel, and now, we've gotten word that the diva will in fact, being joining the reality situation, although as a mentor - much like Sinitta is on the UK version!

Although the original right-hand woman is not too happy about it, and reveals:

"Well, let's just say feathers will fly if Mariah takes my spot. Although she is a mega diva vocally, you can expect another 'X Factor' USA drama. I won't just roll over and take it. I hope she can run in high heels."

Uh-oh! D-R-A-M-A!

Although if we were Sinitta, we wouldn't run our mouth much more!

She does NOT want to incur the wrath of Mimi!

LOLz!

That being said, we think that she'll be a WONDERFUL addition to the show - and we're excited to see her show the contestants how a REAL diva werks it!

The amazing singer, having come from a tough upbringing herself, has been giving away money to family, friends, and charity ever since it started coming in!

"The cash has started trickling in, but I don't come from any money so I help people. I give money to charity and to friends and family."

Awww, that's fantastic! So touching.

Not only does she give away money here and there, her plans for when it really starts pouring in revolve around taking a break and not keeping a staff to help her out with much of anything — she'll be doing her own laundry and cleaning the place on her own:

"I have an assistant but I do my own washing. My auntie cleans for me, but I love a good clean as well. And when all these squillion pounds come in, I'm having a f***ing break so I won't need any help.

"I don't need assistance getting myself to the pub."

We LOVE how unfiltered she is when she talks! You can totally tell how genuine she is because of it.

Shania Twain Opens Up To Oprah About Her Divorce

It's such a hard thing to live through, but thankfully, she's come out the other side a stronger, braver woman!

Shania Twain sat down for an in-depth interview with Oprah Winfrey, talking about her new memoir, From This Moment On.

Most of the interview is spent talking about the most monumental change in her life in recent years - her divorce. Her then husband, Robert Lange, after 14 years of marriage, had an affiar with Shania's assistant and close friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud. Shania admits that when she learned the truth, she "didn't want to live" and went into a really dark place.

She admits that at one point, she implored her supposed friend to tell her the truth by writing her a letter and asking, "Why are you torturing me? Let it go, please…Find love somewhere else from someone else." Though she counts writing the letter one of the most "pathetic moments" of her life, she still believes she needed to reach that "type of low" to learn to rise again.

In the end, she decided that the divorce was "a very positive thing," and added, "I needed the wake-up."

Mona Lisa Is Leo’s "Male Lover"

"Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous portrait “Mona Lisa,” depicts Leo’s young male apprentice and lover, Gian Giacomo Caprotti” claims Silvano Vinceti, the head of the National Committee for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage, claims

Apparently Leonardo’s assistant / model was the subject of several erotic drawings produced by the Renaissance genius, and was given the nickname “Salai,” or “Little Devil.” Meow!

According to Vinceti:

“Salai was very handsome and probably Leonardo’s lover. He stole from Leonardo and caused him many problems, but the artist always forgave him.”

“Several of Leonardo’s works, including two paintings of St John the Baptist and a lesser-known drawing called “Angel Incarnate,” were based Salai. There were striking similarities between those works and that of the Mona Lisa, particularly in the depiction of mouths and noses.”

The truth about Da Vinci’s personal life cannot change his artistic brilliance and historical importance. That being said, the story would make for a seksi HBO mini series!!!!
