During the interview, K-Stew wanders through a bookstore and pauses over a copy of Guy de Maupassant's Bel Ami. The actress of a thousand and one faces one face then states:
"Oh my God, my f--king boyfriend just did this movie!... The French, they're up in arms that he did it."

Oh we hope the folks behind this stay true to the beautifully illustrated original books and the incredibly sweet British 1970's stop-motion animation series that we ADORE so much!
Harry Potter producer David Heyman and Studio Canal are in talks to produce a CGI/live-action version of Paddington Bear, the story of a wandering bear from deepest, darker Peru who journeys to London via Paddington Station and finds a home with the Brown family.
He is forever polite and always tries his hardest to do things the 'right' way, but doesn't always succeed. Oh, and his favorite things are marmalade sandwiches and hot chocolate.
ADORABLE.
Indie director Paul King (The Bunny and the Bull) has signed on to the project.
Oh we're ever so curious! And VERY excited.

"Mommy porn" banned? UNEXCEPTABLE!
And yet, it's true! Fifty Shades of Grey has been banned in at least 3 county libraries in Florida so far, most of them claiming the content is unsuitable for their shelves.
Now the libraries are being hit with censorship claims (we bet those who attended E L James's book signing in Miami would be FURIOUS!)!
The counties so far are: Brevard, Collier, and Charlotte.
The libraries are saying that they have to look at reviews before they buy because of a limited budget, and Charlotte says they might pick it up later on -- but also said they don't buy erotic or pornographic books as one of the reasons.
Collier was a little more harsh, and cited reasons outside of the graphic content. They instead point to the book's "lack of literary merits including writing quality and lack of compelling plot."
Daaaaaaaaang!
Well, whether or not you don't think it's up to your standards of literature, why can't it have a place on your shelves regardless? Especially if TONS of people want to read it? Don't you want to keep libraries popular in the growing digital age?

In this titillating tale, we learn all about Gia Spumante as she navigates her summer on the Jersey Shore. Through tanning salon aspirations and a fireman break-up, Gia reveals herself as the spunky be-all-you-can-realistically-be gal she is.
Here are some of our favorite lines from the first chapter:
I was surrounded by a pack of juiceheads, and they were fighting over who got to bring me Jell-o shots and fried pickles.
She hated spending so much time holed up in dark rooms that stank of fake butter.
We need a dozen penis pops, too. And a leather whip, and these pink, fur-lined handcuffs. Do you gift wrap?

Whoa! It's a good thing Stephen Colbert's wit is so quick!
Diane Keaton went on the Colbert Report yesterday to talk about her new book ... or at least that's what Stephen was led to believe.
As soon as the conversation begins, she starts getting super combative!
She talks over Colbert, makes weird jokes (where we're not sure if she's serious or not) and insults him in the most awkward ways.
Does she know it's not the Keaton Report??
So, Stephen had to go on the defensive, quickly threatening to destroy her new book and asking if her mother loved her.
She responds by calling him a sexual pervert.
It's uncomfortable.

What FAB news for everybody's favorite serial killer series, Dexter!
Ray Stevenson, from Thor and Book of Eli, is joining the 7th season!
Not many details are known at all about the upcoming season (just that it'll continue last season's crazy finale -- we won't spoil it!), but Ray is joining the cast as a senior member of a dangerous crime ring from Eastern Europe who comes to Miami to learn who killed one of his fellow crime partners.
We're excited to see what they have in store, for sure, we just hope it doesn't start off to such a slow start as last season!

Raise your hand if you knew Shia LeBeouf writes and draws his own graphic novels!
Crazy, right??
Well he just hit up the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo and bought his own table -- and mingled with fans as one of them. He sold his own stuff and signed for anybody who wanted a copy!
Shia has actually drawn and written a FEW graphic novels, including Stale N Mate, Cyclical and Let's … Party, and the webcomics series Cheek Up's, and they're all sold through his self-publishing website.
Here's what he has said about the experience so far:
"I just did it for fun. I had some downtime and I've always been a big fan of comic books. Having an opportunity to blend in with 5,000 fans all enjoying the same thing. I've said it's like singing in the shower. It's very free and without edit. I do love acting. But this is a fun escape once in a while."
We think it's fab when celebs branch out and try new things!
Though ... James Franco is pretty much a pro at it, that's for sure!

Oh snap, Jennifer Lawrence!
It looks like the reign of The Hunger Games is about to end -- which has had the #1 spot weekend after weekend since March 23rd -- due to the opening of Think Like A Man!
The movie is based on Steve Harvey's best-selling advice book called Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man. It landed itself a $500,000 in midnight openings on Thursday and is expected to OUT PERFORM the estimates it was given. We're talking $8 million to $10 million it's first day!
Think Like a Man, stars Jerry Ferrara, Meagan Good, Regina Hall and Kevin Hart, is about four men whose love lives are disrupted when their partners begin using advice from Steve Harvey's book.
Lucky One is also expected to do pretty well, and why wouldn't it? It's Zac Efron looking yummy! It's expected to bring about $16 million for the whole weekend!
So -- what are U gonna be seeing these next few days??
