David Arquette’s ex, Jasmine Waltz faked sex tape story

As you might recall, when Courteney Cox and Davide Arquette split up in October last year Dave got quite cozy with an actress named Jasmine Waltz. Well, the lady’s been in the press quite a bit recently after a sex tape with another boyfriend got stolen and leaked. There’s just one snag with her story.

She was selling the tape.

If you want to sell a sex tape in this town there’s usually just one place to go – Follow Kendra Wilkinson and Kim Kardashian’s example and head for the offices of Vivid Entertainment. And the dudes there now say that’s just what Jasmine did.

Sources inside that palace of porn say the 28-year old and her manager had a meeting with their bosses last year to lock in a deal – and they’ve got the signed  contract. Jasmine was all set to earn $60,000 up-front, plus 25% of the profits, and she got to hand-pick the male stars….so to speak.

But when the time for filming got close we’re told their deal went sour and Vivid declined to proceed…and suddenly Jasmine’s ‘private’ tape just accidentally appeared on her web site.

Maria Shriver finds new $10m home

The oncoming divorce of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger could keep us in stories for months…and here’s another; It’s been revealed that Maria has just closed on a $10-million home in Brentwood as her new single lair.

Sources close to the splintering couple say Maria, 55, had been house-hunting for six months, but the collapse of her marriage gave the hunt added vigor. And while the luxurious new digs are near her old home with Arnold, that’s only to make it easier when they start sharing custody of the kids, so we’re told.

One uneasy detail, however, is the home is very close to the one in which O.J. Simpson lived when he got entangled in the Nicole Brown Simpson murder case back in 1994.

And the former couple are apparently determined to keep the split both friendly and private. Arnold plans to offer more cash as a settlement than he’s required to by law,. but it’s not yet known what concessions Maria might make in return.

The house is still in escrow at present, but sources say it’s a done deal and Maria will soon get the keys.

John Edwards’ mugshot released, faces six felony counts

After months of denial and tissue-thin cover stories former Presidential hopeful John Edwards was booked and charged with corruption on June 4th for his role in the Rielle Hunter affair. And North Carolina police have just issued this mug-shot.

Accused of using $925,000 in campaign donations to conceal the affair, Mr. Edwards, 58, wears a seemingly untroubled smile in the photo, taken after he filed guilty pleas to six felony charges brought by a North Carolina Federal Grand Jury in May.

No bail was imposed on the former Senator, but he did have to provide a sample of urine. Once the law enforcement formalities were complete he was then released.

During his arraignment on the corruption charges, Edwards’ daughter, Cate read a statement in which her father pronounces his innocence;

“There’s no question that I’ve done wrong and I take full responsibility for having done wrong.” said the brief missive. “And I will regret for the rest of my life the pain and the harm I have caused to others but I did not break the law and I have never, ever thought I was breaking the law.”

Hello Magazine got the exclusive interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mistress Mildred Baena.

She said she confessed to Maria Shriver and they cried together. “She was so strong. She cried with me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other and I told her it wasn’t Arnie’s fault, that it takes two,” said Baena.

Meanwhile, Baena says when she explained to her son, Joseph, about his real father a year ago, he seemed fine with it, exclaiming “Cool!”

Schwarzenegger has been embattled with horrid PR lately for his bad behavior and keeping his child a secret from soon-to-be ex-wife Shriver for years.

Maria Shriver wrapping up divorce filing, tweets subliminal messages

As folks celebrate Memorial Day, Maria Shriver has one big thing on her mind: she’ll likely be filing for divorce from her cheating ex-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who admitted to fathering a child with their former housekeeper. While Shriver hasn’t made any public appearance other than her scheduled one at Oprah’s farewell bash, she continues to communicate with the world through Twitter.

Today she aptly sums up her current state of thoughts:

My daughter once gave me a great Plato quote that said, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” I love that. So true. We don’t know what is going on inside of most people. On this Memorial Day, when so many are grieving in obscurity or silence, let’s keep that in mind. Be kind so many people are grieving.

One can only assume she’s talking about le divorce. But err, nothing really to do with Memorial Day, hun. Still, our snitches say she’s doing better than expected under all this pressure and putting on a brave face for her kids. We can only hope Maria gets all she deserves and more.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Confesses to Fathering Love Child 10-Years Ago With Member of Household Staff

(HMG Celebrity News) – When former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife of 25-years Maria Shriver, announced their separation last week, word was Maria has been extremely unhappy in her marriage for years, complaining about Arnold’s out of control ego, as well as his womanizing.   Apparently speculation about the womanizing was dead on.  The breakup of the politically bipolar couple comes about four months after Schwarzenegger ended a two-term run as California governor, and has begun lining up work in Hollywood again.   But before Schwarzenegger ran for governor of California, he had an affair with “a longtime member of [his family's] household staff” and got her pregnant according to a report in the Los Angeles Times, confirmed by a statement from Schwarzenegger.  The former staffer originally told the LAT that her ex-husband was the father of her child, but after Schwarzenegger admitted to being the father, she decided not to comment.

Eddie Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville joins ‘Housewives of Beverly Hills’

[HMG Celebrity News] – As you know, LeAnn Rimes recently found love in the arms of Eddie Cibrian – which came as a shock to his wife, Brandi Glanville. But it seems Brandi’s bounced back – she’s landed a role on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”;

Brandi married Eddie in 2001 and the pair had two sons, but they split in ’09 when rumors of a romantic involvement between Ed and LeAnn got too strong to ignore. Now the former model has been spied on the set of Bravo’s popular reality show.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ that 38-year old Brandi inked the deal very recently and taping for the new season has already begun.

But Brandi may not be the only one getting her break in reality shows. Eddie married LeAnn on April 22nd and they’re now shopping a show that would follow their lives as newlyweds.

And Brandi’s reaction to this speaks volumes about her motives for pursuing her latest employment;

“I know nothing about it,” she told reporters in February. “But LeAnn said anyone who does a reality show is a fame whore, so I somehow doubt it.”

Jesse James recalls sad cheating confession he gave Sandra Bullock

[HMG Celebrity News] – When it was revealed Jesse James had cheated on Sandra Bullock we all wondered what could have possessed him. And in his new book Jesse shares what occurred when he borrowed the courage to tell her.

“I admitted the affair. I told her the hard details,” he admits in the memoir, ‘American Outlaw.’ “I let her know I had never loved this woman, that I’d never cared for her at all.”

The affair had been running for months, but Jesse only confessed after Sandra’s publicist warned him Michelle McGee had sold her tale to a tabloid and the news was about to burst out.

“The feeling of shame and sadness as Sandy began to cry was almost beyond measure,” James writes. “I sat frozen in my chair as her small body shook with sobs.”

The effect on Sandy when she learned of McGee was entirely predictable, but superbly controlled.

“Sandy rose to her feet, unfolded her sunglasses and put them on, then walked steadily to the front of the shop and opened the door,” James recalls. “For a moment, the sunlight enveloped her. Then the door closed behind her and she was gone.”

‘American Idol’ Castoff Pia Toscano Dumped Beau for ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Pro Mark Ballas

(HMG Celebrity News) – After Pia Toscano was dumped by ‘American Idol’ fans the unexpected elimination was tempered by the news that she would get a record contract and that she had a new romance.

But the New York Post is reporting that Toscano was rather ruthless in starting a romance with ‘Dancing with the Stars’ pro Mark Ballas.

It seems she didn’t bother breaking up with her boyfriend of four years Carlos Nunez before she went on a date with Ballas.

A mutual friend of the couple is quoted saying, “It seems inevitable to anyone with eyes. The friend said they knew the relationship was in trouble when Nunez flew to Los Angeles to see Toscano’s first ‘Idol’ performance on TV but she could only find a “couple of hours” to be with him.

Nunez even comforted Pia’s weeping family at the Roma View catering hall he manages in Howard Beach as they watched the telecast, but Toscano and Ballas were seen on a dinner date at a restaurant a day after her elimination.  Pia apparently has had her eye on Ballas for weeks as both shoot their respective shows on the CBS Television City lot in L.A.
