Kim Kardashian Threatens Lawsuit Over Drug-Fueled Tabloid Rumor

Kim Kardashian is many things: an attention-starved, personality-less waste of large breasts; a former sex tape star; a lying spokesperson.

But a pill popper? Someone who turns to Valium and other sleeping medicine when the pressures of work and romance become too much? This is where the reality star draws the legal line.

Sources confirm to TMZ that Kardashian has demanded her attorneys take action against any outlet that runs with the cover story in this week's NW, an Australian tabloid that reports Kim has a drug problem.

The story quotes an anonymous source who says Kim has regularly "self-medicated" in the face of stress, starting when she first split with Reggie Bush.

Khloe Kardashian supposedly discovered a bottle of pills recently and has threatened to tell Kris Jenner and Kanye West unless Kim takes care of the issue.

Kim, meanwhile, is spending the week at the Cannes Film Festival. On Wednesday night, she and Kanye made their red carpet debut at that annual event.

Roy Horn Accused of Sexually Assaulting Male Employees; Video Being Shopped

A graphic video of Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy fame sexually assaulting male caretakers is being shopped around, according to new reports.

The video is disturbing, according to TMZ, which broke the story.

Roy, who was mauled by a tiger in 2003 but survived, has been going through rehab to strengthen his left side. But his right side is strong.

Strong enough to engage, allegedly, in the following behavior:

• As a caretaker helps Roy to the bathroom, Horn shoves his hand into the man's crack in a rather aggressive manner.
• Roy thrusting his rear end into the male caretaker's crotch.
• In two clips, Roy grabs the genitals of two male caretakers.
• Roy goes under the shirt of one caretaker and appears to tweak his nipples, at which point he appears to writhe in pain.
• It appears that Roy becomes frustrated with one of the caretakers and in turn violently whips him with an oxygen tube.
• Roy manhandles and forcibly kisses him on the mouth.

The three male caretakers in the video are all straight and have families. They have sued Roy in Nevada court for the alleged sexual assaults.

2 Chainz Arrest: Rapper Claims Alleged Brass Knuckles Are Mere Jewelry

Rapper 2 Chainz was arrested at NYC's LaGuardia Airport this week for packing what TSA officials called "brass knuckles" in his carry-on luggage.

It turns out it was just his four-finger ring, but police weren't buying it and 2 Chainz, a.k.a. Tity Boi, had to spend a few hours in jail as a result.

Not only that, police confiscated his jewelry as well. Tough break.

“They tried to assassinate my character, they tried to assassinate my swag,” 2 Chainz told MTV News in an upbeat interview after the fact.

“It was just a negative dilemma earlier where someone misconstrued a piece of jewelry for a weapon and stuff.” Word ... you know how it is.

Police charged him with misdemeanor possession of a weapon. "The knuckles were in his personal bag and sounded the alarm," an officer said.

“I do exclusive pieces. My pieces are actual conversation pieces, like literally. When you see my gold, it’s something to conversate about,” he explained.

“People weren't doing four-finger rings and all that. I like to set myself apart ... I definitely wasn’t trying to beat nobody up on the plane or nothing.”

Charles L. Worley, North Carolina Pastor, Calls for Death of All Homosexuals

When Barack Obama expressed his support for gay marriage, it was bound to create controversy and lead to dissenting opinions.

Some were explained reasonably enough (boxer Manny Pacquiao), others made positively no sense (teen mom Bristol Palin) and at least one has now surfaced that is as disturbing as it gets.

In a sermon to his congregation at Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, North Carolina on May 13, pastor Charles L. Worley outlined his idea vision for homosexuals:

"Build a great, big, large fence - 150 or 100 mile long - put all the lesbians in there… Do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can't get out...and you know what, in a few years, they'll die out...do you know why? They can't reproduce!"

Gary Giordano, Robyn Gardner Murder Suspect, Arrested For Indecent Exposure

Gary Giordano, the suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba, was arrested in Maryland for shagging some woman in the back of a car.

Giordano, 51, was found naked in the back of a Cadillac Escalade with Carol Bock, 45, of Tennessee. They were both arrested for indecent exposure.

They were discovered by Annapolis police responding to a call of possible sexual activity inside a car in a parking garage last Friday evening.

When officers shined a light through an SUV window, the pair were seen lying naked on a mattress in the rear cargo area, according to reports.

Even with a blanket hanging "in what appeared to be an attempt to conceal their activity,” the couple's cover was blown and they were busted.

Giordano had been a suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba in August 2011. He claimed she never returned from a snorkeling trip.

Authorities questioned his story and kept him in jail for months until a judge ordered him released last November. No charges have been filed.

Chrissy Teigen Threatened By Depraved, Violent Chris Brown Fans

Chrissy Teigen has been inundated with violent, twisted threats from deranged Chris Brown fans after she DARED criticize his performance Sunday night.

Teigen, a model for Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated, Tweeted after seeing Chris at the Billboard Music Awards, "Why sing when you can dance?"

Team Breezy, suffice it to say, went INSANE on her. Like beyond insane. It makes Brown's Twitter beef with Pink look downright tame by comparison.

Among the choice Tweets from twisted Brown fans - some of whom also said he could beat on them anytime he wants, it's worth noting - include:

• "All you do is talk s**t, you need to be raped and murdered."
• "killyoself bitch ur nothing but tall thats why you model. your nothing."
• "ditzy dumb ass tramp your mother should've aborted you."
• "i hope you are the next 'celebrity' to die"
• "you have the brain capacity of a turtle, just die."

The Twitter handles responsible for most of the threats have been deleted.

Chrissy, who is engaged to John Legend, responded, "Reallllly makes me sad that 99% of the most disturbing comments come from young girls."

Usher Slams Tameka Foster in Court, Sheds Tears

Usher took the stand yesterday in the custody trial brought on by ex-wife Tameka Foster - who has accused the singer of drug use and demanded the use of his mansion - and broke down in tears.

Usher quoted his ex as threatening: "I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?" and added:

"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."

Foster herself has admitted under oath that she told Usher "I will f-ck you up," while Usher said here Tameka hit him and threw a plate of food at his car while he and his unnamed girlfriend drove away.

Later in his testimony, meanwhile, Usher responded to photos of him partying in Europe and allegations by Foster's attorney that he's an unfit parent by breaking down in tears.

TMZ sources say Usher admitted to marijuana use, while an objection was made to the topic of ecstasy - and the artist didn't give a clear response to whether he had ever been with his children while under the influence.

The custody trial continues today.

Dharun Ravi Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail For Role in Tyler Clementi Suicide

One-time Rutgers student Dharun Ravi was sentenced Monday to 30 days in jail for his role in the suicide of his former roommate, Tyler Clementi.

Ravi was found guilty of invasion of privacy and hate crimes in March.

The 20-year-old did not speak at his sentencing this morning. He will begin serving jail time May 31. Ravi cried as his mother spoke in court.

"The media was ripping him apart with their misleading facts ... He was absolutely devastated and broken into pieces,” Sabitha Ravi pleaded.

"I do not believe he hated Tyler Clementi," Judge Glenn Berman told the packed courtroom in announcing his decision. "He had no reason to."

"But, I do believe he acted out of colossal insensitivity."

Dharun Ravi was convicted of bias intimidation, witness tampering, hindering arrest and numerous other charges in connection with the case.

This all stemmed from his role in using a webcam to observe Clementi's date with a man in their dorm room in 2010, then Tweeting about it.

Timothy Busfield Accused of Sexual Battery After Alleged Movie Date Fondling

A recent movie date for Timothy Busfield didn't go as planned, apparently. 

The woman is now accusing the famed actor of sexual battery after he took her to the ArcLight theaters in Sherman Oaks, Calif., Wednesday night.

Sources say that the two began kissing during the movie, but the woman claims that an assertive Busfield groped her in the breast and genital areas.

She wasn't a fan.

TMZ reports that the woman abruptly ended the date and went to the police the next day, filing a report against Busfield alleging sexual battery.

Police are investigating the claims.

The actor, best known for The West Wing, Thirtysomething, Field of Dreams and Revenge of the Nerds, hasn't been arrested or charged in the case.

Dog the Bounty Hunter: Targeted With Death Threats

Between his tracking down fugitives and reality TV career, someone really hates the Dog the Bounty Hunter. Badly enough to make him contact the authorities.

An unknown enemy of Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman is making his feelings evident, sending his family many email death threats of late.

The FBI is investigating the threats on Dog's life.

On April 30, a message to Chapman read, "I'm going to murder you. I'm going to come to Hawaii and murder you and your family in cold blood."

"You are next on my list and are the bane of society. I will deliver you to God."

Days later, another email was sent, and it's even worse. Read it post-jump:

"I'm going to murder you and your family. I'm going to slaughter your family. I'm going to cut the fat tits off your wife while I watch your children bleed."

"I want to see you cry, like you did everyday in prison. I want you to watch as your family gets massacred right in front of you."
