Brooke Mueller is 100% free from going to jail in her cocaine case now... as long as she doesn't drink a drop of alcohol!!!
As we're sure you remember, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife plead guilty to possessing the powder poison in Aspen.
But since she did it as a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop the felony charge. So she got slapped with one year of probation and was able to have the case transferred to California.
But all of that means she needs to randomly pee in a cup for the law... or she goes behind bars quicker than Charlie spiraled out of control last year!

Okay, whoa! WHAT?!
So You Think You Can Dance judge Mary Murphy has been slapped with a $1 million lawsuit by her former manager, Michael Sanchez, for breach of written and oral contract for the four years he repped her, and is not only seeking unpaid commissions and damages, but goes on to label her in court documents as a "desperate, cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac!"
Oh, and that's only the TIP of the batshiz crazy iceberg.
According to the suit, the 54-year-old judge began to exhibit "increasingly self-absorbed, childish and demanding behavior" under his management, would get so destroyed on prescription drugs and cocaine that she would miss or underperform in meetings and appearances, secretly coach and work with specific contestants behind-the-scenes and therefore violate U.S. game-show fixing laws, and even engage in sexual relationships with staffers on the reality competition, as well as a drug dealer and a married Naval officer she met on-line!
Oh, and keep an eye on the Coke cup from which she's drinking the next time the show is on, because she also apparently demands that producers keep booze in hers during tapings!

Looks like Penelope Cruz may be spending even MORE time with hubby Javier Bardem!
Reportedly, Penelope has been eyeing up a role in Ridley Scott’s upcoming flick, The Counselor!
The film, written by Cormac McCarthy, is already set to star Michael Fassbender and Brad Pitt, as well as Bardem and is one of the hottest projects in Hollywood at the moment!
The movie is already being compared McCarthy’s No Country For Old Men, which will be set on the Mexican border and deals with the cocaine trade.
If Cruz decides to take on The Counselor, she’d be playing the love interest of Fassbender!
Talks are currently taking place for Penelope to snag the spot and rumor has it that Angelina Jolie might also be up for the role as well!
Hmm...we wonder which lucky A-lister's wife will win the part and costar in the film with them!!!

Ummm...what are you rolling on your bodyguards head, dear?
Rihanna has been uploading increasingly racy pictures lately, including an accidental nip slip, but this may be her most scandalous BY FAR!
The singer tweeted this Instagram photo from Coachella on Tuesday night (which has since been removed) of herself perched on top of a bodyguard's shoulders and rolling some kind of smokeable substance. She accompanied the photo with the text, "Memories don't live like people do #coachella".
Over 1000 fans proceeded to comment on the photo while it was up to discuss what they thought the substance could be. We have no idea, but is there any chance that it is NOT a drug?
She's not afraid to show off her wild side and wanted to make that clear when she later tweeted:
"I'm crazy, and I don't pretend to be anything else".
We understand she's having a bit of fun and is maybe just trying to get a reaction out of the world, but we wouldn't recommend that ANYBODY posts photos of drug use on the internet -- ESPECIALLY celebrities!

Remember when Allison Coss and Scott Sippola tried to extort $680,000 from John Stamos?
Well, they sure do! Now more than ever!
The Michigan duo lost an appeal of their four-year prison sentence and will serve out the remainder of their term.
The two were originally sentenced for threatening Stamos that they'd release some uncompromising pictures of Stamos partying with strippers and drugs unless Stamos paid them. It turned out that those pictures did NOT exist!
Just goes to show ya. You don't mess with Uncle Jesse!
Here's what the federal appeals court had to say:
"Because the indictment was sufficient, the extortion statute is constitutional, and their sentences were properly imposed, we AFFIRM the defendants' convictions and sentences."

Well, it sure sounds like actress Brooke Mueller just OFFICIALLY copped a pretty nice plea deal for her December cocaine possession case...!
Charlie Sheen’s ex will NOT go to jail but WILL be placed on 12-months probation for possessing less than 4 grams of cocaine.
The judge, however, let her off easy with the dismissal of charges of felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor assault.
Not only that, but if Brooke is on good behavior while on probation, the entire case will be ERASED from her record.
Guess it pays to be famous???
Brooke recently spent 105 days in rehab in Utah and will be required to continue her treatment in L.A.
Talk about getting off easy!!

As we have previously speculated, Charlie Sheen’s ex gf Brooke Mueller will NOT serve any jail time for her Dec 2011 cocaine arrest.
The charges include felony possession of cocaine under 4 grams, felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as misdemeanor assault.
Due to Brooke attending rehab directly after the arrest, the judge presiding over her case has agreed to a plea bargain.
A source has revealed that Brooke will plead guilty to the former charge, while the preceding two will be dismissed.
Instead of spending time in the bighouse, Brooke will be placed under 12 months probation.
If she remains in good standing with the court during this time, her guilty plea will simply *poof* disappear and not remain on her permanent record.
Well, well, well, that’s very convenient, ISN’t IT???

It looks like those Brooke Mueller assault charges are gonna be dismissed!
As you recall, she was arrested last December in Aspen for assault and possession of cocaine. She'll be facing a judge in several weeks for her formal arraignment on the charges.
Here's what the source is saying:
“The assault charge will likely be dismissed because the evidence just doesn't prove that Brooke touched Llana Little [the alleged victim]. The women exchanged heated words, but Brooke is absolutely adamant that she didn't lay a finger on Llana and the DA is inclined at this point to recommend the charge be dismissed. This doesn't mean that Brooke is totally off the hook though. She will plead no contest to a misdemeanor cocaine possession charge and she will likely be sentenced to community service and ordered to pay a fine. She won't do any jail time though because she is considered a first time offender and this is the sentence that anyone in a similar situation would face.”
Well, whatever happens, we hope that nothing like this will happen again.

Celebrity Rehab star Shifty Shellshock has been officially charged with drug possession and battery after his arrest last week.
As we told you, Shifty got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend in front of a Ross store in El Lay.
When cops arrived, they found rock cocaine on him and immediately put him in handcuffs.
He's currently free on $60,000 bail, but once he's sent to court, things could look bad for him. How many arrests has this been already??
And where in the world did he find $60,000??? Dr. Drew??
