Jennifer Love Hewitt was recently spotted with newly highlighted blonde locks, and according to sources, it may very well be reflecting her mood these days, as she has apparently gotten back with her ex-boyfriend, Jamie Kennedy, with whom she split back in March of 2010!

Insiders confirm that the pair "are dating again," and that the actress has been shacking up at his condo in El Lay!

Well, here's hoping they've learned from where they went wrong the last time and move forward!

Lindsay’s Venice Neighbors Are Thrilled She’s Gone!

Sounds as though Lindsay Lohan isn't the only one happy to be out of her Venice Beach pad!

Apparently, her neighbors were just as unhappy with the former actress' residence there, and are thrilled that she's moved back to the Chateau Marmont while she plans her next move!

Her livin' on cloud nine neighbors claim:

"Everyone is ecstatic that she moved. Goodbye to her and all her drama. Since she moved here it's been a complete circus with a revolving door of friends in and out of her house and paparazzi camped out permanently. Everyone was so sick of her. Seriously, every time we heard a siren we hoped and prayed it was the police carting her off again and we would be left in peace. It was a nightmare when she was here ... [Samantha Ronson] has lived here for ages and she's never been any drama, she's very low key and just goes about her business, but Lohan was like a hurricane, or some other natural disaster tearing through the neighborhood."

Jennifer Lopez Celebrating Birthday In Miami With Tom And Katie!

After filing for divorce from Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez has reportedly taken off to Miami to spend some time - and her upcoming 42nd birthday on July 25th - in Miami, at the condo she owns. And sources close to the singer have revealed that she's planning a quiet party at Loren Ridinger's mansion, with close friends Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes expected to be in attendance!

The insider explains:

“She was with who looked to be a few family members and some friends."

Good! She deserves to get away for some serious R&R for her special day after the month that she's had!

Katherine Jackson Remodeling…And Banishing

Earlier this month, we learned that Katherine Jackson wants her "relatives" out of her house.

Looks like she's going to finally get what she wants.

Katherine and her family will be moving to a temporary home in early December for several months while their home compound is remodeled

When the remodeling job is done, Katherine will not allow her former daughter-in-law Alejandra Jackson or her 5 kids to return to the compound. She WILL be very awkwardly allowing Alejandra's 20 year old daughter Genevieve to stay, if she so chooses, but none of the other kids.

Michael Jackson's mother isn't TOTALLY unreasonable though, so she's continuing to offer Alejandra and the kids a condo in the San Fernando Valley.

According to reports, Alejandra has left the U.S. and traveled to Japan with her kids. We're not really sure why, but hopefully they've accepted the condo. We wouldn't want them to be homeless when they return to the U.S.

How Did Rachel Uchitel Get So Much Money?

And Rachel Uchitel doesn’t take no for an answer!

After being denied from buying a $2 million condo, she kept searching, and now she’s found, and purchased, another $2 million condo in a very exclusive area in Manhattan.

Sources say that Uchitel purchased her new condo for the asking price, but what does she care? It’s all on Tiger’s dime anyway!

The homeowner’s association for her new building reportedly did not want her to move in, but unlike the previous building which refused to sell to her, it looks like these guys were all talk!

The word is that one of Rachel’s major motivations for purchasing this apartment was to have a place that would be well suited for a family to wreck.

The board of the building does NOT want the infamous "star" in their building.
