Better be careful! We all know what happened last time John Travolta was behind closed doors with this guy. LOL!
The first anonymous male masseuse who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by John Travolta has dropped his lawsuit after messing up the date of the alleged incident in legal docs. The married actor can't breathe too easy yet because he's still got two (or maybe even three) more lawsuits to tackle.
The second male masseuse, who we like to call John Doe #2, has agreed to privately handle the matter with a judge in mediation. Here is what a source close to the proceedings had to say:
"Marty Singer and Okorie Okorocha have spoken and both are working on the ground rules for the evidence and procedure about how the mediation will proceed, and that process could take 1-2 months. This is commonly done before formal mediation begins. Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions, etc. The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive."

John Travolta is being sued for assault... AND sexual battery by a masseur!
And this masseur is a MAN!
The story goes that the anonymous masseur was hired for a massage, but John had other plans -- mainly that he tried to have sex with him. Among the claims is that John touched his scrotum and penis after stripping down in front of the plaintiff.
The lawsuit goes on to say that John apologized for his behavior, but that didn't stop him. Apparently he (allegedly) continued to bring up the idea of sex and that they should have a three-way with a, "Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex and to be double penetrated."
The suit even says John admitted that he "got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back, Kotter days."
WHAT?!?!
Afterwards the man asked to be taken back to where he was picked up and received double his fee, which was $800... and is now seeking $2 mil in general damages and court costs!

Apparently their differences WERE reconcilable.
Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has decided that she wants to give her marriage with Dennis Quaid another shot and has officially withdrawn the divorce papers she filed in March.
She cited irreconcilable differences and wanted half of all his shiz, but Dennis wasn't planning on giving her anything. So either Kimberly rediscovered her love for her husband or didn't want to lose the Range Rover he bought her.
Either way, we're glad these two worked things out and wish them the best in the future!

Just last month, actress Amanda Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and now, nearly a month later, her charges have been announced.
According to officials, in the next two weeks, Amanda will be charged with refusal to take a chemical test. In California, it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test when you are arrested for a DUI.
A law enforcement source said:
“Amanda's first court date will be in Beverly Hills at the beginning of June. She won't be required to be there because it's only a misdemeanor."
If Bynes is convicted of the charge, she'll have to spend 48 hours in jail AND give up her license for a year!
The former child star has been out of the public eye lately, after being advised by her publicist to do so.

Which will probably be pretty easy because Lane Garrison is stuck in jail until parole board officials lift his hold AND even if they do, he's gotta pay a $50,000 bail after that.
The former Prison Break actor has been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly slapping Ashley Mattingly in the lobby of her Beverly Hills apartment building.
He was expected to plead not guilty during his court appearance on Wednesday, but the judge postponed the arraignment until Friday because they don't know what is going on with his parole. It was supposed to end last Saturday, 5 years after being convicted of of vehicular manslaughter, but his latest legal trouble has complicated the situation.
The judge did set the bail, however, AND told him to stay away from the Playboy Playmate if he does get out of the slammer.
It sounds like he'll be behind bars until at least Friday, but we REALLY hope he obeys the judges orders if he does get out.

After blowing .08 last month in Reseda, Bobby Brown pled “no contest” in court today. He was sentenced to 36 months probation and the one day in jail he already served.
As far as we know, Chris Brown has not yet rushed to his defense.
Remember when Bobby denied the whole thing just a few weeks ago?
We can add “crappy liar” to a growing list of his faults that already includes drunk driver and domestic abuser.
Look, Bobby. We know it's been a rough year.

The actor just settled a lawsuit with a former manager while in the middle of a nasty divorce from his wife.
Victoria Fredrick filed the suit last year that claimed she was owed $137,500 in unpaid commission for various movie projects he worked on, but Howard told the judge she was his "personal manager".
He argued that she had no part in shaping or maintaining his career and was simply a glorified assistant. Ultimately, we're not sure who was telling the truth because they settled out of court last week and the case has been dismissed.
One down, one more bitter legal battle to go! He's on the home stretch! Ha!

Arizona has cracked down on illegal immigrants yet again and the Obama administration is not happy.
This seems familiar...
It's becoming such a big deal that the Supreme Court is going to have to mediate.
The arguments will mainly focus on whether states can make their own immigration laws to deal with the estimated over 11 million illegal immigrants or if it's solely the federal government's jurisdiction.
A Sheriff in Cochise County, Arizona, which shares an 83.5-mile border with Mexico, said:
"If the federal government had been doing and would continue to do its job in securing the border here in southern Arizona, this would not be an issue. Unfortunately, they failed to do that so Arizona stepped up and said, 'We want to be partners. Here’s a role we think we can play.'"
The big problem the federal government has are four parts of the law. These parts would require police to question a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws, require all immigrants to carry immigration registration papers, make it a criminal offense for an illegal immigrant to seek or hold a job and allow police to arrest suspected illegal immigrants without warrants.
