Anderson and Letterman had a little girl talk chat about the comedienne, ESPECIALLY about her habit of losing her clothes during TV segments!

Well he's still pushing forward for marriage equality, and we are SOOO thankful for people like him!!!
And since one the arguments against same-sex marriage is "the sanctity" of the institution, he jokes with David Letterman:
Gays messing up the sanctity of marriage? I think Kim Kardashian's doing an alright job of that herself.

But he does make a point!! The "sanctity" case isn't so valid if we're gonna let divorces happen left and right, now is it??

President Obama proved his comedic chops last April during the White House Correspondents' Association annual dinner, but now Lorne Michaels is offering Mitt Romney the chance to do the same!
The Republican presidential candidate has reportedly been offered a guest spot on Saturday Night Live and "is considering it."
A recent New York Times article revealed that the sketch comedy show's staff was impressed when Romney appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and delivered the Top Ten list.
An appearance on SNL to poke fun of his image would definitely help him gain traction with voters leaning toward the left who have a hard time relating to billionaires, but could he even handle a sketch? Who knows, but we would LOVE to watch and find out!

While we love the Oscars, Golden Globes, and Grammys, The Comedy Awards will offer a nice break from the snooty shows!
The nominees for the 2012 Comedy Awards have been released and Modern Family, 30 Rock, Bridesmaids, Crazy, Stupid, Love., and Louis C.K. lead the group with five nominations each.
Modern Family took home the best TV series gold last year and 30 Rock is back to try to snatch it away this year, along with Curb Your Enthusiasm, Parks and Rec, and newbie Happy Endings.
Bridesmaids has been mostly snubbed this awards season but they have several opportunities to take home some hardware with nods in Best Comedy, Best Film Director, Best Screenplay and a catfight for best actress between Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig.

We haven’t heard new stuff from Nelly Furtado for ages, and now have! Her new album, T.S.I, is set to be released this summer, but in the meantime she has collaborated with the hip hop artist, K’Naan and released a new single called ‘Is Anybody Out There?’ off his new album, More Beautiful Than Silence which was released in January. They appeared Thursday night on The Late Show with David Letterman ahead of their official release next week. Check out the new sounds coming from Nelly and see what you think of her new material, and if you haven’t heard K’Naan before, you’re in for a surprise.
Not many people now K’Naan but I think he is well worth knowing. He grew up in Somalia during the Civil War in the 90′s. He and his family managed to escape to America and eventually settled in Canada, but with such a childhood, it is hard not to find his music profound. You will hear a similarity in his voice to Eminem, bus his subject matter is very different. A lot of K’Naan’s music focuses on ending violence and bloodshed and he avoids gangsta rap cliches.
