Last night, we bid farewell forever to Desperate Housewives, as the show wrapped up eight seasons in a two-hour finale.
Our final stroll down Wisteria Lane was an emotional one (yet somewhat predictable), that’s for sure!
The conclusion to the series starts off with the murder trial, where Bree is eventually acquitted after Gaby testifies. This then leads to Mrs. McCluskey admitting that she committed the crime...but ends up not being charged.
Bree then forgives Trip and marries him, as the duo moves to Kentucky, where the conservative Bree becomes a politician...but of course!
As for Lynette? She ends up getting caught by surprise when her husband Tom tells her he’s filing for divorce, after being under the impression that she's in love with another man.
Turns out, the other man Lynette is in love with IS Tom...and the two share an emotional moment when Tom professes that she’s the love of his life. The couple decide to stick it out and move to NYC together for Lynette’s career...and off into the sunset...

Well, we imagine that this is the final nail in the coffin for these two!
Although Katy Perry un-followed Russell Brand on Twitter almost immediately after the pair filed for divorce back in December, the comedian never followed suit...until this week, when he finally removed her from his list of now-77 friends on the social networking site!
Geesh! We wonder why it took him almost four months?!
Laziness? Apathy? Denial that they're relationship was over in 140 characters or less?
Regardless, we sincerely hope that they both can continue moving forward separately and happily, without letting this rub salt on any old wounds that the two fight still harbor over the other!
Stay strong, you two!

Looks like one Hollywood couple will NOT be headed for divorce court!
Power-duo Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are denying any truth to the claims that their marriage is falling apart!
In a recent interview, Will refuted:
"With that type of stuff, you can’t take that personally. It’s just a game. I can understand where somebody would have something in their heart where they need to stab at somebody, where they need to poke at somebody. But I’m indestructible."
Will and Jada should be used to dodging rumors left and right living life in the spotlight, but insist that their 14 year marriage is still “intact.”
Jada also stood up for her marriage, earlier this month saying:
"Will and I know the truth. We're waiting peacefully for the storm to blow over."
Well, that's good to hear!
We hope the rumors really are false and that Will and Jada are happily together!
We wish them both the best.

After 27 years, Reverend Eric Camden Stephen Collins and wife Faye Grant are filing for divorce.
In a statement, everyone’s eighth favorite TV Dad said:
"My wife and I are moving forward separately in our lives... She has been my dearest friend and a loving mother. I know that we'll go through this process in a way that honors our family."
Keep your head up, Stephen. If we’ve learned any lesson from 7th Heaven, it’s that everything happens for a reason.

Her show Smash is huge right now and she's in a great relationship with co-star Will Chase, but life hasn't always been quite so peachy for Debra Messing.
In a detailed interview with Ladies Home Journal, the re-emerging super-star spoke about divorcing theater guru Daniel Zelman after their two decade relationship fell flat.
Debra suggests modern times are to blame:
“I think the institution of marriage is a noble thing. I think the idea of a partner for life is incredibly romantic. But now we're living to 100. A hundred years ago, people were dying at age 37. Til death do us part was a much different deal.”
If only those two unfortunate souls lived 700 years ago, they might have contracted The Plague together and died in each other’s sweet embrace at the unripe young age of 19!!

But she's a 21st Century gal and modern times haven't been easy on Debra and her eight-year-old boy, Roman.

Apparently their differences WERE reconcilable.
Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has decided that she wants to give her marriage with Dennis Quaid another shot and has officially withdrawn the divorce papers she filed in March.
She cited irreconcilable differences and wanted half of all his shiz, but Dennis wasn't planning on giving her anything. So either Kimberly rediscovered her love for her husband or didn't want to lose the Range Rover he bought her.
Either way, we're glad these two worked things out and wish them the best in the future!

Sources say the split is super amicable, and seeing as how they have two kids, that's GREAT to hear!!!
In a well-thought out statement, the separated duo say:
Though we have made this incredibly difficult decision to separate, our love and mutual respect remain, and we look forward to sharing in the lives of our wonderful children.
It's always sad when we hear about a relationship failing, but we're convinced positive opportunities can come from ANYTHING!!

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have proven celebrity couples CAN think with their brains sometimes, LOL!!
Though they worked together fine on All My Children, Kelly reveals the same doesn't apply to LIVE!
After Regis Philbin left the show last year, producers have opened a rotating door to guest hosts, but none have been chosen for a permanent seat yet.
Of course, nostalgic AMC fans and giddy hopeless romantics would LOVE to see Kelly and Mark everyday. But that just isn't gonna happen.
She explains in the June 2012 issue of Vanity Fair:
No one would make me happier than Mark, but he values our marriage and he says that he doesn't see how we could stay married and both do that show.

The model made the comparison to the eight-time divorcee screen legend, while confirming rumors of her engagement to Leandro Penna.
Prince admits:
"I've finally given in to Leandro's Latino charm and said yes to his proposal of marriage. I was watching a program about Liz Taylor recently and thought how similar we are, falling in love so fast and so deep."
Hmmm... yes... we think "deep" is the key word there.
