Aww!
The Broadway revival of Noel Coward's Private Lives, which stars Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross, will reportedly close early on December 31st!
Apparently, the comedy was expected to run until February 5th, but due to poor ticket sales, the schedule was cut short!
Producer Paul Elliot says:
"Ticket sales have been slower than we had hoped for, and it would be irresponsible to continue running into the notoriously difficult January period.”
Well, at least they're being realistic! Still, such a shame!
We heard this was worth checking out!
Hopefully the impending end will boost ticket sales for the rest of the month!
The end is near!
After eight years, the ladies of Desperate Housewives will be soon be desperate for a new job, and castmember Marcia Cross, who has played Bree Van de Kamp for the series' entirety, has opened up about leaving Wristeria Lane for good!

Sad! But eight seasons is a solid run, and we always think it's best to go out on your own terms!
Such a bittersweet good-bye!
We'll miss you, ladies!
VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!
And a man who keeps his promises! We couldn't be more proud today of this country than we are right now!
President Barack Obama has confirmed today that after nine years of American troops stationed overseas in Iraq, the war that began in the spring of 2003 will be over by January 1st, and that most U.S. troops will be "home for the holidays!"
He says in a statement:
"After nearly nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over. The coming months will be another season of homecomings. Across America, our servicemen and women will be reunited with their families ... This December will be a time to reflect on all that we've been through in this war. "[He and Iraq prime minister Nouri al-Maliki are in] full agreement about how to move forward. [Our troops will exit Iraw] with their heads held high, proud of their success, and knowing that the American people stand united in our support for our troops. With our diplomats and civilian advisers in the lead, we will help Iraqis strengthen institutions that are just, representative, and accountable. We'll build new ties of trade and of commerce, culture and education that unleash the (Read more...)
Former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty has decided to drop out of the Presidential race because of how poorly he did in the Iowa Straw Poll.
Like we said earlier, Michelle Bachmann cam in first for those.
"We needed a boost from Ames that didn't happen," Pawlenty told staff on a conference call Sunday morning, CNN learned. Speaking to ABC's "This Week," Pawlenty said his campaign needed a lift in the straw poll.
"The pathway forward for me doesn't really exist and so we're going to end the campaign," he said.
If she beat us we'd drop out too, ha!
But it is good of him not to waste any more money if he truly believes there isn't a path forward for him, and we commend that.
Are U disappointed he dropped out??

Such a shame that it had to end this way - especially with so many innocent journalists losing out due to the mistakes of a mere few.
Hours before News of the World published its last edition on Saturday following a massive phone hacking scandal, editor Colin Myler addressed his staff by standing on top of a desk and telling them to leave the publication with their heads held high.
Ch-ch-check out the speech (above)!
Wonderful!
We're so glad they were able to take such a positive attitude and end the paper's 168 year history on a high note, filled with praise and respect!
Well done, all of you!
Wow, it really looks like things are being shaken up for the Glee kids right here at the end of the season!
Only two episodes left, the finale of course being nationals for them, but there is still the episode called Funeral that has to lead into it.
And that's exactly the preview clip we have for you right now, so go ahead and watch it!
We only have this to say: Oh shizzzzzzz Jesse! Tell us how you really feel! Ha!
Are U looking forward to the new episode??

We know that the show has been struggling for viewers, but it does seem like a great show to praise for making it this far.
Because we'll be the first to admit that the first two seasons were pretty amazing, but we'll also admit that we haven't watched much since then. We do know, however, that it has its rabid fan-base, and that they have been more than vocal about keeping it around — and we think for a good reason. (Zachary Levi's smile, probs!)
At least the show is now aware that it's ending, so the writers can give it a proper one. Tie everything up. A lot of shows don't get that courtesy!
It'll be inneresting to see how they decide to wrap it, so maybe we'll have to catch up over the summer so we can be in the front row for the end!
It's getting a final 13 episodes.
Chuck fans, how do U feel about this??

Wow. It's so strange to know that this is the definitive end of such a groundbreaking era.
Oprah Winfrey announced today that the final episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show will air on May 25th, before she wraps production on it for good.
As of now, no word on who her final guest will be, but we're thinking at this point that it's probably going to be Jesus! Ha!
Seriously, if anyone can pull it off and get him, it's her! LOLz!
We kid, we kid!
Let's all just try to enjoy these last two months together to the best of our ability, and worry about goodbyes when the time unfortunately comes!
What do U think?? Are U sad to say goodbye to the Big O??

With a relationship that is on again off again like that, there is no real shock in it not lasting.
Unfortunately, of course, because we'd rather people end up being happy together for a very long time!
A source is saying this about Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen:
"They're done this time… Engagement's over, relationship's over. She's really had it."
Wow, that sounds pretty to the point!
What happened, Rach??
Either way, we're sure that they'll both move on to find happiness somewhere!
Good luck, you two!

Oh no!
All good things come to an end, some sooner than others.
And in that fashion, Ashley Oslen and Justin Bartha have split up. They were dating for more than two years, and even had been rumored to be engaged, which they denied.
Probably a good thing, too, seeing as they're no longer together. No ring to argue over!
They looked good together too, shame, but it must've happened for a reason!
Let's hope they both find the happiness they deserve!
Thoughts??
