Poor thing probably didn't even realize she was breaking the law!

Barcelona authorities have gotten wind of the YouTube video (above) of Shakira dancing in a public fountain for her new music video, and are apparently ready to fine the Colombian pop star!

They claim that she "did not even ask for permission to film" and that they plan on using the video "to detect infringements that have been committed during the recording."

YEESH! Relax, guys! She didn't hurt anyone!

But we suppose the law IS the law!

Snooki Charged With Annoying People LOLs

We’re embarrassed for you, Snooki. Wow.

The charges are finally in from Snooki’s recent arrest, and she’s being charged with disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance, and annoying people.

Annoying people? MOST. EMBARRASSING. CHARGE. EVER.

She should really commit another non-violent crime and get charged for that, so she’d have a chance to make people forget about this laughable charge.

Her trial date is Sept 8. At the worst, she’s likely to land a $500 fine, which is NOTHING compared to the burden of living the rest of her life knowing that she was given a criminal charge for being annoying.

Ted Nugent Fined For Shooting Bambi

Somewhere at PETA headquarters, they are putting Ted Nugent's name in a Burn Book.

Aging rocker, reality star and hunting enthusiast Ted Nugent was fined $1,750 after pleading no contest to charges of using illegal methods to kill a young dear on his reality show, Spirit of The Wild.

While taping his Outdoor Channel series, Ted was caught baiting and killing a spike buck with a bow and arrow. The California Department of Fish and Game explain that this is illegal due to the size of the animal. It is considered much too small for hunting.

Somehow, we don't think Ted had too much remorse for Bambi. Good to know though how much a young deer's life is worth to some people!

P.S. - Who else thinks that despite it being on a channel we have never heard of before, Ted's show still gets better ratings that Mushy's Beautiful People ever did? Anyone?

Erykah Badu Pays Fine, Avoids Jail Time!

After performing a walking striptease at Dealey Plaza in Dallas for her music video "Window Seat," Erykah Badu has paid a $500 fine and is serving six months of probation.

She was cited for disorderly conduct in April after a witness made a sworn complaint.

Talk about a hot mess!

Jersey Shore's Snooki was arrested last Friday, and now more details have surfaced about that fateful day!

Apparently, the police were notified that she was falling over people, and generally just being a trainwreck at Jersey's Fremont Avenue Beach.

They originally came to escort her off the beach, but instead of cooperating, she gave them some serious attitude - and they arrested her for disorderly conduct!

Yikes!

Snooki will appear in municipal court on August 18th. She doesn't face any jail time, but she could be facing a fine between $250 and $1,000.

But let's be real - that's chump change now for our Snooks!

It's time for Diddy to pay what he owes!

The rapper illegally is being fined almost $1 million by New York City for illegally putting up promotional posters all over the Big Apple, and they're not messing around!

Finance commissioner David Frankel says:

"We are going to find these people. We're going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we're going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets."

A source reveals:

“Beyoncé was really embarrassed because she only recently got her driver’s license. She tried to charm that cop and told him she had no idea that texting while driving was against the law. He had no idea who she was. He just slapped her with the ticket, which was worth more than $100!”

Ouch!

Loud Karaoke Party At Madge’s Gets A Noise Violation!

Lame! People should be allowed to let loose sometimes and not have to worry about getting into trouble!

Madonna was slammed with a noise violation after the staff of her London townhouse threw a karaoke party and pissed off her sour puss neighbors!

The incident, which was on a Sunday afternoon in June, happened while the singer wasn't even there, but was apparently loud enough to have the Westminster council notified.

Noise officers issued an official noise abatement notice and any further complaints could lead to a fine!

A spokesman says:

“In order to deal with the matter, a notice was served by posting it through the box at the premises. The notice was addressed to the owner or occupier at the address ordering that the noise is stopped — which it was. Any further offence could see Madonna landed with a £5,000 fine.”

WTF? That much money because people were singing a little bit on a Sunday afternoon?!

It wasn't even at night when people are trying to sleep!

We think it's time to relocate, bb! Find some less douchey neighbors!
