Gary Dourdan Busted For Smashing Two Cars And Oxycotin, Pays 100 Bucks And It All Disappears

Wow...that must have been the best lawyer in the world.

Gary Dourdan plowed into 2 PARKED cars in 2010 and was arrested for Oxycotin possesion.

But looks like $100 can solve all his problems.

Dourdan pled no contest to one count of disturbing the peace (wtf?!) and because of this, the Oxycotin was wiped from the books.

Reportedly, the drug charge was dropped because he's completed 20 hours of Narcoctics Anonymous.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Sentenced For Threatening To Kill Cops In 2009

Jonathan Rhys Meyers was in court today (in France) to be sentenced for threatening to kill three cops back in 2009.

He was in an airport when he made the threat, drunkenly. He said:

"I’m going to give a million dollars to ruin your life, I’ll kill you and your family."

That's definitely something you don't say to a cop, let alone three.

He landed a month suspended sentence and was ordered to pay about a thousand dollars in a fine!

We really hope this is enough to keep him on the narrow, but we're worried it won't. We were given some hope when he went to rehab, but lost it again when he tried to commit suicide a few months later.

Kris Humphries Scammed Out Of Thousands By Wedding Guest!

This is awful!

Kris Humphries has apparently lost hundreds of thousands of dollars from a bad investment with one of his own wedding guests, who was recently caught running a $1.7 million scam!

Audrey C. Hicks, who was seated right by Kim Kardashian and her man at their rehearsal dinner, was arrested in Canada yesterday and charged with wire fraud. Officials believe that he lied to several investors, including Humphries, about being a Harvard graduate when he flunked out after three semesters, and managed to steal millions from investors for a nonexistent billion dollar hedge fund!

He is now facing up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine!

As he should be! Absolutely despicable to scam so many out of so much!

Here's hoping that everyone gets their money back!

Teen Mom Gets Off Easy In Assault Case!

She's off the hook - at least until she effs up again!

Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom, who was charged with affray after beating down a chick in March, was sentenced today to 30 days suspended jail time and 12 months of probation, on top of a $100 fine, required anger management courses, and 24 hours of community service!

According to her attorney:

"It came out that it wasn’t Janelle being the aggressor and Ms. Truett as the victim. It was presented as a bad decision on everybody’s part and I don’t think there was a single victim in the case.”

Whatevs!

We just hope she can keep herself out of trouble during her probation!

We've all seen how good she's been at doing that in the past!

Good News! Second Goddess Returns!

In a fantastic development, we've gotten word that Rachel Oberlin, AKA Bree Olson, has returned to the Sober Valley Lodge and has taken her rightful place back in the wedge!

Here's the news:

"She was gone for eight days handling personal matters back home in Indiana, but she landed in L.A. [Monday] night, and has since been back at Charlie's. Everyone is happy and good. Bree and Charlie had one spat, and it was the one he Tweeted about awhile ago. Since then, they've all been fine."

Well if they're all happy, then that's what matters!

But we do know that Charlie has a history of losing his cool with his gals, so hopefully Rachel hasn't been sucked back into a whirlwind of tempers and "winning".

David Arquette’s Smashed Cadillac After Car Crash!

That looks like one nasty car accident!!

This a pic (above) of David Arquette's silver Cadillac after he collided with another car in West Hollywood on Friday afternoon.

David was on his way to the Burbank airport to fly out to Las Vegas to attend the opening of a candy store at the Paris Hotel called Sugar Factory and then make an appearance at a party hosted by Kim Kardashian.

He crashed into a car that was in oncoming traffic and was seen lying on the ground and bleeding after the accident. Luckily, the actor is fine after being taken away in an ambulance.

Hours later, he tweeted about the accident, managing to even take a jab at Charlie Sheen:

I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you all for your concern.

Remember to wear your seatbelt - wish I was.

It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured - Thank God!

Eddie Cibrian’s Ex Charged With Two Misdemeanors Following Drunk Driving Arrest!

Time to face the music!

Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, has been charged with two misdemeanors by the El Lay County D.A. following her October drunk driving arrest - one for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and the other driving with a blood alcohol level above 0.08%!

If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine!

Eek! Not good, bb!

But unfortunately, actions have consequences, and we think that you're just VERY lucky that you didn't hurt anybody while you were on the road!
