David Arquette’s Smashed Cadillac After Car Crash!

That looks like one nasty car accident!!

This a pic (above) of David Arquette's silver Cadillac after he collided with another car in West Hollywood on Friday afternoon.

David was on his way to the Burbank airport to fly out to Las Vegas to attend the opening of a candy store at the Paris Hotel called Sugar Factory and then make an appearance at a party hosted by Kim Kardashian.

He crashed into a car that was in oncoming traffic and was seen lying on the ground and bleeding after the accident. Luckily, the actor is fine after being taken away in an ambulance.

Hours later, he tweeted about the accident, managing to even take a jab at Charlie Sheen:

I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you all for your concern.

Remember to wear your seatbelt - wish I was.

It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured - Thank God!

so sad i'm going to miss it but glad to be alive for a rain check. Refused all pain medication - may the record state - still sober!

Eddie Cibrian’s Ex Charged With Two Misdemeanors Following Drunk Driving Arrest!

Time to face the music!

Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, has been charged with two misdemeanors by the El Lay County D.A. following her October drunk driving arrest - one for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and the other driving with a blood alcohol level above 0.08%!

If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine!

Eek! Not good, bb!

But unfortunately, actions have consequences, and we think that you're just VERY lucky that you didn't hurt anybody while you were on the road!

The X Factor Facing Fines For Promoting Guest Acts’ Music!

Is this seriously an issue? We don't understand what the big deal is!

The X Factor could be in some trouble because they recently encouraged viewers to download songs by guest-performers Diana Vickers and Michael Buble!

During their October performances, presenter Dermot O'Leary told viewers on air that if they wanted to buy either acts' singles, they could go to the X Factor website for more details.

This apparently breaks broadcasting rules involving promotion of commercial products, and the series could now be facing a fine!

A spokesperson for TV watchdog Ofcom explains:

"We are investigating The X Factor for potential breaches of our rules prohibiting the promotion of products in programmes."

A producer of the show Talkback Thames responded with:

"We are aware of the Ofcom investigation. It relates to two on-air references on The X Factor regarding downloads of a guest artist on the show which were not available on the website. These references were as a result of a script error."

This is seriously so silly!

What's wrong with helping your guest performers and letting viewers know that their music is available?

Nobody's being forced to purchase it! And worse, nobody even complained about it!

Epic Harry Potter Prank!

An absolute genius Somebody placed a circle that reads "9 3/4" on the 14th St. Union Square subway sign in NYC.

For those of you not in the know, you should be ashamed of yourself that's the number for the platform where students board the train to Hogwarts.

It looks REALLY spot on! Could the MTA have been involved? Warner Bros? Both of them?

Here's what MTA spokesperson Kevin Ortiz had to say about it:

"We are not part of any sort of Potter campaign, but I've seen things like that before."

If the guilty party comes forward, they'll be subject to a $75 fine and it will be worth every penny!

Paris Gets A Plea Deal

Paris may catch a break after all!

It looks like Paris Hilton may avoid jail time. All she has to do is plead guilty to misdemeanor charges of drug possession and lying to an officer.

She should probably take it. Here's a statement from the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney's Office:

"Possession of a controlled substance is a felony punishable by a minimum term of one year and a maximum term of four years."

More from the DA's office:

"She may also be fined up to $5,000. This charge is probationable, so the court could sentence her to a term of probation, rather than prison time."

Definitely take the plea bargain, Paris! Do the right thing, bb!

Shakira Might Be Fined For Fountain Dance!

Poor thing probably didn't even realize she was breaking the law!

Barcelona authorities have gotten wind of the YouTube video (above) of Shakira dancing in a public fountain for her new music video, and are apparently ready to fine the Colombian pop star!

They claim that she "did not even ask for permission to film" and that they plan on using the video "to detect infringements that have been committed during the recording."

YEESH! Relax, guys! She didn't hurt anyone!

But we suppose the law IS the law!

Lame!

Snooki Charged With Annoying People LOLs

We’re embarrassed for you, Snooki. Wow.

The charges are finally in from Snooki’s recent arrest, and she’s being charged with disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance, and annoying people.

Annoying people? MOST. EMBARRASSING. CHARGE. EVER.

She should really commit another non-violent crime and get charged for that, so she’d have a chance to make people forget about this laughable charge.

Her trial date is Sept 8. At the worst, she’s likely to land a $500 fine, which is NOTHING compared to the burden of living the rest of her life knowing that she was given a criminal charge for being annoying.

Ted Nugent Fined For Shooting Bambi

Somewhere at PETA headquarters, they are putting Ted Nugent's name in a Burn Book.

Aging rocker, reality star and hunting enthusiast Ted Nugent was fined $1,750 after pleading no contest to charges of using illegal methods to kill a young dear on his reality show, Spirit of The Wild.

While taping his Outdoor Channel series, Ted was caught baiting and killing a spike buck with a bow and arrow. The California Department of Fish and Game explain that this is illegal due to the size of the animal. It is considered much too small for hunting.

Somehow, we don't think Ted had too much remorse for Bambi. Good to know though how much a young deer's life is worth to some people!

P.S. - Who else thinks that despite it being on a channel we have never heard of before, Ted's show still gets better ratings that Mushy's Beautiful People ever did? Anyone?

Erykah Badu Pays Fine, Avoids Jail Time!

After performing a walking striptease at Dealey Plaza in Dallas for her music video "Window Seat," Erykah Badu has paid a $500 fine and is serving six months of probation.

She was cited for disorderly conduct in April after a witness made a sworn complaint.

Snooki Update!

Talk about a hot mess!

Jersey Shore's Snooki was arrested last Friday, and now more details have surfaced about that fateful day!

Apparently, the police were notified that she was falling over people, and generally just being a trainwreck at Jersey's Fremont Avenue Beach.

They originally came to escort her off the beach, but instead of cooperating, she gave them some serious attitude - and they arrested her for disorderly conduct!

Yikes!

Snooki will appear in municipal court on August 18th. She doesn't face any jail time, but she could be facing a fine between $250 and $1,000.

But let's be real - that's chump change now for our Snooks!
