Oh, we'd SO watch this!

Variety is reporting that in the wake of his separation from Courteney Cox, David Arquette is making a move to the small screen as the host of a new game show.

But not just any game show - one with celebrities as the contestants who basically berate themselves on TV!

The show is called Ranking the Stars and is based off a Japanese show where "well-known panelists…rank one another on a given topic, from most likely to least likely." Some of the topics could (should) include whether or not a celeb would make a sex tape or tip off the paparazzi to where they are going!

We're told it will kind of be in the vein of Hollywood Squares - if the celebs spent the half hour hating on one another! As to why David was picked to host the game, producers explained:

"This show is all about celebrities hanging out for a bit and taking their guard down. David's whole persona is that. His honesty has bled through and it's come back to haunt him a few times. If there was every a celebrity with a brand that matches the show, it's this."

Maybe it could work?

A new series on the Game Show Network will feature some new Jim Henson Company muppets, but the fare will not be for children.

The late-night comedy game show will be set in "a glamorous, cocktail-soaked world." Actor-comedian Larry Miller will host the show as his human self.

Sounds kind of bizarre to us — and who watches GSN?!

What do U think?

ABC has ordered Downfall for its summer lineup — a gameshow that takes place on top of a skyscraper!

The contestants answer trivia questions atop the building for up to $1 million in cash and prizes, but if they lose they will see their winnings plummet to the ground!

It's also being worked out whether or not players will take "a controlled plunge" off the building as well.

Sounds suspenseful — and kinda stoopid!

But what else can you expect from summer programming?

It's definitely an inneresting concept!

ABC has ordered the Mark Burnett pilot, Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host.

The show will feature two hosts that will challenge each other's intelligence on various matters. One host will be deceptive and the other will be telling the truth. Contestants will be pulled from the audience to determine which host is telling the truth.

It's a nice comeback after the controversy with Our Little Genius! The man knows what he's doing!

Would U watch?!
