Gerard Butler’s Married Lady Friend ALSO Had An Affair With Dave Navarro!

Which other famous people did she sleep with?!?!?!? Ugh!

Earlier today, we heard reports that Gerard Butler got involved with a married aspiring actress-slash-model BEFORE he checked into rehab last year.

We had heard that he basically wrecked the woman's marriage...but this woman is no saint either! In fact, we've just learned that she reportedly had an affair with Dave Navarro during her FIRST marriage!

Here's what the woman's first ex-hubby had to say about it:

"[Name redacted] had an affair with Dave Navarro that caused the end of his marriage to Carmen Electra. She told me about the relationship and we subsequently dissolved our own marriage."

It's a shame her name hasn't been revealed, because all the men out there need to be warned to stop marrying this woman! She's baaaaad news (if it's all true, of course).

Gerard Butler: Actor AND Homewrecker?!

What?! Did Gerard Butler have an AFFAIR with a newlywed?

Oh no.

As we reported, Gerard recently completed a three week rehabilitation program at the Betty Ford Center and has been doing seemingly well.

Now, reports are saying the actor got involved with a MARRIED aspiring actress-slash-model BEFORE he went to rehab last year, which ended up damaging the woman’s marriage!

Butler was even friends with the newlyweds before eventually gettin’ sexual with the wife!

Not cool!!

A report revealed:

“They would exchange heated text messages, emails and phone calls. She would drop anything to be with Gerard. The two would hook-up at his hotel when he was in Los Angeles."

The woman’s husband ultimately found out and threatened to break off the marriage for good, but she begged him to stay. He gave her another chance ... but she CONTINUED the affair and a divorce was filed by her in the end.

It looks like the mystery woman thought she was the only girl in Gerard’s world, because she obsessively called him so much that he had to change his number!

3 Celebrities, Including Gerard Butler, Who Can’t Stop Partying

Gerard Butler just admitted that he has been in rehab for while, but the time in treatment obviously didn’t help the troubled star. Butler announced last week that he just completed a stint in rehab for substance abuse. His rep said Gerard “completed a successful course” and was in good health. If he’s in such good health, why was he spotted out at a club in Los Angeles last night? Gerard was seen at Beacher’s Madhouse around 1 a.m. He tried not to be noticed and wore a leather jacket and hat to help cover up. He was noticed right away though and numerous other clubgoers approached him throughout the night. Butler wasn’t behaving badly though – witnesses say it seemed like he was only drinking water the whole night. He spent most of his time chatting with the club’s creator Jeff Beacher. The actor got plenty of attention from all kinds of women in the club, but he ignored all of it, including a woman who tried to dance with him while the DJ was performing. He left the club by himself around 1:30 a.m.

So maybe Gerard Butler didn’t drink or use drugs while out last night, but a club is still probably not the best place to be right after you get out of rehab. Butler isn’t alone in his struggle to clean up his act though. Here are a few other celebrities that can’t stop partying.

Gerard Butler Goes From Rehab To The Oscar Red Carpet

Yesterday we learned that actor Gerard Butler completed a few days ago a 3 week program at the Betty Ford Clinic to deal with an addiction to prescription pain medicine but last night on Oscar night, Butler was all spiffed up and lookin’ happy as can be on the red carpet for the after parties. I’m not sure it’s the best idea to go from rehab to the red carpet when one is in recovery, particularly because of all of the free-flowing booze readily available at such events, but … well … there you have it. Clearly, it wasn’t an issue for Gerard.

He’s only just out of rehab but Gerard Butler shows no signs of taking it easy. The actor is back in the spotlight and on the party circuit just days after being released from the Betty Ford Center after a three-week stay. Butler, 42, looked tanned, healthy and fit as he walked the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood last night. Gerard Butler’s Back To Business Day After Rehab!

It was just one day after leaving rehab, but Gerard Butler is already back to business.

As we reported, the actor just completed a three-week program at the Betty Ford Center for prescription drug addiction.

He was spotted Saturday afternoon, looking fresh and happy, having lunch by himself in Malibu.

He kept himself busy by attending the Weinstein pre-Oscar bash at the SoHo House in West Hollywood Saturday night, where he showed up solo (seen above).

We're not sure if partying is the BEST idea, especially less than 48 hours after completing rehab, but we're gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here.

Gerard Butler Goes In And Out Of Rehab

Because of my recent travels in Amsterdam and London, I somehow missed the news a couple of days ago that actor Gerard Butler was released from the Betty Ford Clinic after completing a 3 week program for prescription drug addiction. The good news here is that Butler not only realized that he needed help for his problem but that he committed himself to his recovery and as, apparently been successful. Gerard Butler is being treated for substance abuse at the Betty Ford Center … TMZ has learned. Butler’s problems were triggered by the physical demands of shooting “300″ in 2006 (see video below of Gerard preparing for the role). We’re told the actor began struggling with pain management, and the problem became exacerbated while filming “Of Men and Mavericks,” when Butler was badly hurt on December 18 during a surfing accident. We’re told Butler realized he was relying too much on prescription drugs and decided to head off a full-blown addiction by entering Betty Ford three weeks ago. Gerard Butler Exits Rehab!

He's in, he's out!

Sure, we JUST found out that Gerard Butler was in rehab for the past three weeks for substance abuse issues with pain meds (and also, possibly cocaine addiction), but now his rep has confirmed that he is officially done and has left rehab.

His spokesperson says:

"Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health. We will not be making any further comment at this time."

Gerard decided to check into rehab after becoming addicted to prescription drugs when he got badly injured in a surfing accident last December.

We give him major props for realizing he had a problem and then dealing with it so efficiently.
