Glenn Beck on Japanese Earthquake: A Message from God…

Due to his jokes regarding the earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan, Gilbert Gottfried was fired as the Aflac duck and has issued an apology via Twitter.

This begs the question: will Glenn Beck face similar consequences for his remarks on the subject?

Glenn Beck is "just" saying... God is clearly punishing mankind for our sins.

On his radio show yesterday, The Fox News host labeled the natural tragic, which has taken thousands of lives, a "message being sent" by God. He explained:

"I'm not saying God is causing earthquakes... What God does is God's business. But I'll tell you this, whether you call it Gaia or whether you call it Jesus, there's a message being sent," said Beck. "'Hey, you know that stuff we're doing. It's not really working out. Maybe we should stop doing some of it.' I'm just saying."

Glenn Beck Dropped From New York Talk Radio

His audience just isn't in the Big Apple, we guess.

Sources have confirmed that New York radio station WOR has decided to drop Glenn Beck's radio show due to poor ratings. The WOR program director said they were "surprised" that Beck didn't bring in as many listeners as they had hoped, but are pleased to announce they are replacing him with Mike Gallagher, another radio talk show giant.

The director feels that Mike will do better than Glenn as a native New Yorker who will concentrate on more local issues.

Uh-huh. That's fine, but we don't think that's the reason people weren't tuning in to Glenn.

Sarah Palin Doesn’t Know The Difference Between North And South Korea!!!

During a recent interview on Glenn Beck's radio show, Sarah Palin made a big oopsie, declaring her alliance with "North Korea!"

On the show, it sounded like Sarah was siding with North Korea's dictator Kim Jong-il when she said:

"This speaks to a bigger picture here that certainly scares me in terms of our national security policy. But obviously we’ve gotta stand with our North Korean allies."

Glenn rushed in and corrected her, saying, "South Korean allies."

Glenn Beck Going Blind?

Fox News' Glenn Beck revealed that he was diagnosed with macular dystrophy and could go blind within the next year.

Being snarky about healthcare reform he said:

"So, I went to the best doctor I could find – while I could still go the best doctor I could find."

Oh, boy.

Macular dystrophy is a rare genetic condition which can cause vision loss, causing patients to have difficulty driving, reading and identifying faces.

Well that's too bad!

Prince Parties Like He Is The Only One There!

Sources report that Prince made a rare appearance at the Time's 100 Gala on Tuesday night, but didn't schmooze with any of the other celebs.

We're told that during the cocktail hour, he skillfully avoid talking to Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck by "sequestering" himself offstage. Can't hold that against him in the least.

But then, when it was time to sit down for dinner, he decline to take his seat at Table 5, where Bill Clinton and Taylor Swift were also sitting.

What? You're seat is next to a former president and one of the biggest artists of the year! It don't get much better than that!

James Cameron, who is promoting the DVD release of Avatar, was asked to respond to comments Glenn Beck made which likened director to the Anti-Christ!!

This apparently got ole' Jimmy in quite a stink, and he not only lashed out at the Fox News douchebag personality, but on everyone who does not believe in global warming!!

He says:

"Glenn Beck is a fucking asshole. I've met him. He called me the anti-Christ and not about Avatar. He hadn't even seen Avatar yet. I don't know if he has seen it. I think, you know what, he may or may not be an asshole, but he certainly is dangerous, and I'd love to have a dialogue with him. He's dangerous because his ideas are poisonous. I couldn't believe when he was on CNN. I thought, what happened to CNN? Who is this guy? Who is this madman? And then of course he wound up on Fox News, which is where he belongs, I guess.
