It’s so hard to believe that we lost the queen of disco and a music icon just yesterday morning.
Donna Summer, who passed Thursday at the age of 63, had been battling lung cancer for the past ten months.
Friends and fans have since been sharing their memories of the late songstress and recently, it’s been announced that Donna’s family will hold a public memorial for her.
The memorial is scheduled to take place in Nashville on Wednesday, the 23rd. Although Donna had been living in Florida, she had a special connection to Nashville and also lived there for years as well.
Here in El Lay, flowers have been placed on her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, along with photos of Summer and messages from fans.
We're certain Donna's Nashville memorial will surely be one fit for a queen.

Both of the masseurs who filed lawsuits against John Travolta for sexual assault and battery have withdrawn their cases for now. Considering the plaintiff's determination to take their cases to court shifted in a matter of days, we are curious what changed their mind.
In any case, Marty Singer wants the world to know that his married client had no part in his accusers' decisions to drop their lawsuits. The Hollywood lawyer told sources:
"Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims."
As we mentioned before, Travolta isn't out of the closet woods just yet. Although the first accuser's case was dismissed, he hired Gloria Allred and can still pursue another lawsuit.
Either all of this scandal is wrapping up...or just getting started!

The witnesses just keep on comin'!
After John Travolta's first accuser hired Gloria Allred to represent him in court, another man has come forward. Luckily for Travolta, however, he's only issuing compliments, not lawsuits.
A man named Luis Gonzalez told The National Enquirer that he had sex with the married actor in 1997 during an afternoon at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Laguna Niguel, California. To the Grease star's credit, Gonzalez said, "He's a great kisser!"
Ha! We're sure Kelly Preston isn't too happy to hear that, but at least John left a positive impression on this guy.
Similarly to the other 489 4 guys who claim the actor sexually harrassed them, Gonzalez was a masseuse. Travolta stripped down and hopped on the table naked, as the man explained:
“I gladly let him lay on the table naked . . . and within five minutes, Travolta spread his legs and I could see an erection. He moved around and started to breathe heavily. He’d say, ‘Oh, yeah, that feels so good! A little higher, please!’”

Yayyy! Channing Tatum is getting another chance at being an action star!
The actor has pretty much been replaced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in the G.I. Joe franchise, but Hollywood still believes that audiences will flock to see him kick some ass.
The seksi star is in talks to join Roland Emmerich's White House Down as a Secret Service agent who has to save the president all by himself when hostiles take over 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Oh and he's a single dad too, so failure is not an option. If his shirt gets ripped off in the trailer, we have no choice but to go see this flick! LOL!
In all seriousness, Tatum proved he could throw a punch or two in Haywire, so we think he's a great casting choice! Do U?

Either John Travolta needs to learn to keep his hands to himself or he's walking, talking bullseye for made up sexual harassment allegations!
A new anonymous man has stepped forward to accuse the married actor of sexual misconduct, more specifically, fondling and groping.
The personal trainer says he opened the gym he worked at during hours it was normally closed just so Travolta could get a workout without being disturbed. The Hollywood star apparently repaid him by reaching for his groin, as a source explains:
"The gym was opened as a courtesy to John Travolta so that he could avoid the public yet maintain his fitness in this physically challenging role that he was doing at the time. The gym employee says that John Travolta groped and fondled him against his will."
Much like the rest of the allegations, we're sure Marty Singer will deny all claims, but there is no word on whether or not the most recent accuser is planning to sue the actor.

Times have changed over the years, so we're not even sure what that really means anymore, but we're about to find out! Director Morgan Spurlock teamed up with Jason Bateman and Will Arnett to explore modern day manliness and grooming techniques in Mansome.
Much like Spurlock's previous documentaries, it doesn't look so much insightful as it does entertaining. Then again, look how much we learned about the effects of fast food on our bodies when he decided to eat it for thirty days straight in Super Size Me!
