Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have moved into a humble $18 million mid-century modern estate in the modest Beverly Hills.
With 8,500 sqft, the humble abode boasts a rectilinear swimming pool, a number of patios, 4 bedrooms, and 6 baths. Not to mention there's a tree in the living room!! Very Avatar of them. ;)
We wish 'em well in their new digs!! Meanwhile, Ryan is dancing with Julianne Hough in their old one.

Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are in the midst of a MESSY custody battle, and now it seems that Tameka might lose her swanky Georgia mansion if the Ush deems it so!
Because the home is technically Usher’s property, he can kick Tameka's a** to the curb anytime he wishes - with 60 days notice of course.
Aw girl, looks like you may have to downgrade to a Georgian townhouse (SHOCK! HORROR!) or dare we say... apartment?!!

Seems like after finalizing his NBC deal, Ryan Seacrest is ready to move out on to bigger and better things!
Seacrest has just put his six bedroom, 6 ½ bath Mediterranean mansion for sale for $11,985,000!!!
The Hollywood Hills pad has a 10,000 square-foot main house and also includes a guest house, pool, tennis court, wine cellar and screening room!
The house previously belonged to actor Kevin Costner, before Ryan bought it in 2006. Sounds like he was already wanting to move out in 2010, though -- he placed it on the market for $14.95 million, but was unsuccessful in selling it.
Wonder where he’ll move to next? Maybe he and longtime GF Julianne Hough are in the process of looking for a place together...?!
Hopefully he has some better luck this time around!
Looks like one of Jamie Lynn Spears' old co-stars from Zoey 101 has run into some trouble with the law.
Matthew Underwood, who played Logan on the show, was arrested in Florida on suspicion of weed and drug paraphernalia possession contributing to the delinquency of a minor!
What does all that mean?
Apparently the cops went to his house to execute a narcotics search warrant and after he didn't answer, they let themselves in.
The cops found the 22-year-old Underwood and a 17-year-old girl in his master bedroom, then a search was conducted and they found dope and a bunch of "smoking devices."
After questioning them, it turns out that Underwood admitted the pot was his and the "smoking devices" were his and the girl's.
The girl said that they both sleep in the master bedroom and he "gives her cannabis."
We're pretty sure the cops said "cannabis." She prolly said "that sweet, sticky bud." LOLz!
After being processed she was released to her grandfather because she's a minor while he posted bail with a $2,250 bond.
Something about starring on Zoey 101 seems to be bad for your health.
Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan will be sharing a table at the White House Correspondents' Dinner!
Though, we're sure there will be OTHER people at the table too -- but it would be hilarious if they had to share a table for two! Ha!

That's chump change for Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, the reality TV royals!
The 4,500 sq. ft. home includes five bedrooms, four baths and the excitement of finding a possible bat head stuck in a vent somewhere...
Congrats guys! Now the eccentric duo just have to sell off their behemouth Hidden Hills estate, currently going for almost $13 million.
Maybe Justin Bieber could use it as a second home to house his copious amounts of SWAG??

Anna Kendrick is now the proud owner of a $1,000,000 home!
The 26-year-old just bought a 3 bedroom, 3 and half bathroom house in the Hollywood Hills.
It's a two story home with lots of garage space, beautiful hickory wood floors and great view of downtown El Lay.
The house also has a great outdoor deck with an outdoor fireplace. Maybe it'll be good for hanging out with all her Twilight co-stars and discussing how awesome they all are.
The house seems totally gorgeous and (surprisingly) seems like a steal at $1 million. Seriously!

Ricky Martin's pocketbook can heave a sigh of relief!
His Miami home is finally off the market ... but he won't be making too much profit off it.
Originally dropping $10 million on the mansion, Ricky finally conceded to a $10.6 million offer.
The Latin star originally wanted 19.8 million clams in 2008, but when the housing market went down the toilet, he retracted the offer and came back with $12.5 million in 2010.
Property taxes on the home are around $106,000 a year so getting his fifth South Florida house off his hands is definitely a plus!
