In part 73 of the News of the World phone hacking saga, Heather Mills has taken to the stand.
And she's bringing Piers Morgan with her!!
Heather recalls the time she left Paul McCartney after a fight. She remembered checking her phone to 25 saved messages, not 25 new messages.
Those messages were all from Paul, pleading for her forgiveness.
Piers was the editor of the Daily Mirror at the time, and in a 2006 interview he talked about hearing a tape from Paul to Heather. Now he's under fire for the comment, but he maintains he had no knowledge of the phone hacking and refuses to out his source.
Heather testified she never authorized Piers or any other journalist for that matter to listen to her voicemail.
Oooh... sticky sticky!!!
What a big hot mess... riight?? It's almost like one of those Lifetime movies, LOL!! They should totally make one!! Juicy jah-rama!!!

Can U say EXCESSIVE?!?!?!?
Last week in Minnesota, Mitt Romney was glitter bombed by protestor Robert Erickson, who has previously bombed both Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich.
Then on Tuesday night at his school, 20-year-old University of Colorado Denver student Peter Lucas Smith also glitter bombed Romney (above)...but only got a little (if any) of glitter on Romney's clothes.
Despite the fact that it was a pretty much harmless incident, Smith is due in court on March 7, and he could face a $999 fine...or a year in jail!!!!!
This is absurd and outrageous! It was a totally nonviolent act of protest, and it was barely even successful! At most, they should let the glitter bomber off with a warning. AT MOST.
You are in our thoughts, Peter Lucas Smith. You DO NOT deserve to go to jail.

His name has been cleared; time to get back to work.
Good Day New York anchorman Greg Kelly returns to his seat behind the desk on Friday, after being cleared of all accusations of rape. Though the experience has been a humiliating and difficult one, Greg told reporters he's "very appreciative of all the positive support [he's] received" from loved ones and fans.
The truth always wins out. Hopefully, Greg can put all this madness behind him and get focused back on his work.

Major movie dramz!!!
Earlier today, Movietickets.com joined a lawsuit against AMC, which was recently filed in Florida by National Amusements and Hollywood Media Corp.
According to the lawsuit, AMC "breached its contract by not selling tickets exclusively through Movietickets.com."
Here's what Movietickets.com had to say about their decision to sue AMC:
"Despite exhaustive efforts by MovieTickets.com to resolve the dispute among the founding shareholders, AMC disabled its ticketing inventory from MovieTickets.com. This is the first time MovieTickets has ever sued anyone. The company is fully prepared to take all necessary action to protect its rights, the value and integrity of the MovieTickets.com service."
To add insult to injury, AMC has JUST announced that they'll be adding 3,000 screens to their partnership with Fandango online ticketing service. Ouch.
If AMC is actually in breach of contract, then they should definitely pay up! Guess we'll see what happens...
P.S. This reminded us of those Movietickets.com commercials from back in the day! Anyone else remember those? "To buy a ticket, just click it."
P.P.S. Do those commercials still play anywhere? Figured we'd double check before people say that those are still around. Ha!

Way to bring shame to the Alpha Phi Alpha name!
We're both disturbed and disappointed to report that University of Florida's Alpha Phi Alpha chapter has been temporarily suspended as a result of a "serious physical hazing incident."
Here's what school spokeswoman Janine Sikes had to say about it in a statement:
"We believe the incident took place several weeks prior. The hazing incident is currently under investigation with the University of Florida police."
And here's more from the UF's vice president for student affairs Dave Kratzer:
"This was not a case that we know of that anyone went to the hospital -- thank goodness."
"It's not in the realm of seriousness on the far end of things, when you think about what could have occurred with hazing, and we want to stop it now."
And here's what UF President Bernie Machen had to say about it in an e-mail to students:
"As that investigation proceeds, I want to reinforce the university's prohibition against all forms of hazing -- and ask each of you to help us guard against this dangerous and destructive behavior."
"Hazing is specifically prohibited by UF regulations, and it is also classified as a crime (Read more...)
Bruce Beresford-Redman, the Emmy-nominated Survivor producer accused of killing his wife Monica in Cancun in April 2010, is being shipped off to Mexico!
He will be formally extradited Wednesday from Los Angeles to Mexico to face their legal system!
United States Marshals will take him south of the border, where he will be turned over to law enforcement officials there.
Of course, Bruce is pretty pissed about it, but gave up fighting it. He's going to try and win the fight down there:
"We are disappointed in the court's decision denying our request to prevent the extradition of our client, Bruce Beresford-Redman. After consultation with him, Bruce has decided not to appeal the decision and to return to Mexico and defend himself on the charges. He is innocent and it is his hope that the court in Mexico will assure that he receives a fair trial in which, he is confident, he will be exonerated."
Well, good luck with that! If you don't win, you get 30 years in the Mexican prison!
We just hope some justice comes, for Monica. She was taken too soon, especially from her kids. If he DID do it, then we really really feel (Read more...)
Not impressive.
CNN analyst Roland Martin has been suspended from the network for tweeting the following disgusting comments about David Beckham's H&M ad during the Super Bowl:
"Ain't no real bruhs going to H&M to buy some damn David Beckham underwear!"
"If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about Beckham's H&M underwear ad, smack the ish out of him."
And here's what CNN finally had to say about Roland's deplorable tweets earlier today:
"Roland Martin’s tweets were regrettable and offensive. Language that demeans is inconsistent with the values and culture of our organization, and is not tolerated. We have been giving careful consideration to this matter, and Roland will not be appearing on our air for the time being."
We're surprised that it took CNN this long to take action against Roland, but at least they made the right move here. Hopefully in the future he'll think twice before he tweets out ignorant and hateful messages.
Ugh.

Well good luck fighting the video!!
As we've discussed before, Ray J was escorted to a Rolls Royce by off-duty police officers after leaving the set of his new tv show.
The paps started filming when they saw Ray J. In this film, there's footage of a drunk man apparently beat up and laying on the ground.
A voice is then heard telling Ray J to get in the car because "they've got this."
Now one of the men is pressing charges against Ray's bodyguards.
But his rep insists their innocence, saying:
Ray J was working on the set of his new TV show and he had off duty police officers protecting him. After filming, they escorted him to his car and he left without incident.
With the video, it's going to be hard arguing no connection between Ray's employees and the men. But that doesn't necessarily mean his employees had anything to do with the beating.
It just means someone who knew Ray J, someone who felt the authority to tell Ray to get in the car, had at least acknowledged the scene.
Thoughts??
