Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, the FBI has just released an investigative report on Apple founder and CEO, Steve Jobs.
The information was gathered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation after Apple received a bomb threat and President George H.W. Bush expressed interest in giving the revolutionary corporate leader a presidential appointment.
Not that we ever had any doubt, but the documents reveal that Steve Jobs was, indeed, a hippie. One person interviewed shared that "Mr. Jobs may have experimented with illegal drugs" during the 60s and 70s, while another stated more clearly:
"Mr. Jobs used illegal drugs, including marijuana and LSD, while they were attending college."
Again, nothing shocking there. However, the report did suggest that Jobs was kind of a pathological liar who genuinely believed every lie he told and had the strange ability to make others believe it too, as the documents read:
"Several individuals questioned Mr. Jobs' honesty stating that Mr. Jobs will twist the truth and distort reality in order to achieve his goals."
The details that really disturb us about Jobs is his disregard for his oldest daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs, whom he fathered out of wedlock, but denied his paternity (Read more...)

Oh, it just keeps on getting better and better with this guy, doesn’t it?
According to The National Enquirer, Federal election officials are claiming that John Edwards owes taxpayers over $2.1 MILLION in public matching funds, because he’s apparently still spending money through the Presidential campaign he ran in 2008!
Reports apparently filed last week show that his primary campaign from four years ago spent $836,712 in 2011 – on airfare, hotel rooms, and cellphones!
Guess that’s not gonna fare well in his indictment! You know, for all those campaign finance violations!
What a clASS act.

So much for closure.
Earlier today, officials announced that the coroner who oversaw Amy Winehouse's cause of death inquest has resigned after "her qualifications were questioned."
As a result, the investigation MAY be reopened, if that's what Amy's family wants.
In a newly released statement, the family announced that they'll be "taking advice on the implications of this and will decide if any further discussion with the authorities is needed."
Obviously they'll do whatever they feel is necessary, but given the fact that they seemed satisfied with the results and said that they felt some relief after finding out what happened, we're not sure if putting themselves through all that pain again is the best idea.
What do U think? Should they reopen the inquest into the cause of Amy Winehouse's death???

This is getting worse and worse.
Yesterday, we learned that NYC TV anchor Greg Kelly was being accused of rape from a woman he met back in October 2011.
The woman was claiming that she met Kelly on the street, went out for drinks with him, and then returned to her workplace with him, where he raped her.
We had ALSO heard that the two kept texting and calling each other after the incident, which is certainly fishy.
Now, we're hearing that the woman accusing Kelly of rape is saying that she got pregnant from the attack...but had the baby aborted.
Here's what Kelly's lawyer Andrew Lankler had to say about the allegations:
"Mr. Kelly is aware that the New York County District Attorney’s Office is conducting an investigation. Mr. Kelly strenuously denies any wrongdoing of any kind, and is cooperating fully with the district attorney’s investigation. We know the district attorney’s investigation will prove Mr. Kelly’s innocence."
We just hope they're able to get this all figured out sooner than later, whatever the outcome may be.

One of the major stories of 2011 was the decision to free Damian Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr. - aka The West Memphis Three - after sufficient evidence was found proving their innoncence of the murder of three young boys in Arkansas. In the 18 years they spent in prison, people around the world shared their support and fought for their freedom to be restored.
One of the trios biggest supporters was director Peter Jackson, who combine his fervent wish to get justice for these boys along with his artful filmmaking skills to create this documentary about the case. This "passion project, called West Of Memphis, is an official selection at Sundance and will most likely get more than its fair share of attention after the fact.

It's been two year since we lost Brittany Murphy, but still, she is never far from the minds of those who loved her most. Her father, Angelo Bertolotti, especially hasn't forgotten who quickly and how strangely his daughter was taken from this world, which is why he has decided to do a little investigation of his own.
Angelo has decided to sure the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office over access to his late daughter's hair samples. In court documents, it was revealed that Brittany's father intends to reopen the case of her death and conduct his own testing, testing that will prove her demise wasn't attributed to pneumonia and anemia. The docs further stated:
"Plaintiff repeatedly voiced his concerns about these findings as being incorrect, since the testing/toxicology was incomplete and the death of Brittany Anne Murphy Monjak was never fully investigated."
Never fully investigated? That doesn't sound right? Why would they hold back any information? If the tables were turned, we'd understand, but not like this. This doesn't make any sense.
But even still, we just hope Angelo is doing this for the right reasons. Losing a child is a horrific experience, but at some point, he's going (Read more...)
Sounds like the Royal Family might wanna find another holiday spot while this all gets sorted out!
Yesterday, Norfolk police announced that human remains were discovered on Sandringham estate, which is the Royal Family's holiday home.
According to a statement posted on the Norfolk Constabulary's site, a "member of the public found the remains on New Year's Day."
Now, we've learned that the remains belong to a woman, and while there is no concrete information yet on when/how she died, a murder investigation is under way.
Here's what Detective Chief Inspector Jes Fry had to say about it:
"We are at the very early stages of the investigation and it could be a complex inquiry. The body had been there for some time."
"The circumstances suggest this is a murder case and we are looking at missing persons reports and cold cases both locally and nationwide."

"Entomology and pathology work is under way and we expect the body to be recovered and taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn later today."

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark Team Madge!
Last month, a Madonna "super fan" from Spain who calls himself J.M.R. was arrested for leaking seven new songs, including a demo version of Give Me All Your Love.
Now, a source is saying that Madonna is on the hunt for an associate in her camp whom she believes was working with J.M.R.:
"Her camp were aware of the Spanish character because he was an annoying super-fan. They were on to him for actively leaking and selling new and old unreleased tracks online."
"He has been arrested but there's a much bigger picture. The source of these leaks comes from within Madonna's camp."
More from the source:
"Single tracks have been exchanging hands for well over $1,000."
"Hundreds of hours of Madonna footage have been obtained illegally for tens of thousand of dollars."
"It is all part of the same deal made by a few unscrupulous characters to line their pockets."
Awful! Assuming it's true, we hope Madonna finds the traitor on her team!
