Justin Bieber Performs "Boyfriend" at Billboard Music Awards

The 2012 Billboard Music Awards were in full swing Sunday night, with Justin Bieber among the music mega-stars hand to perform in Las Vegas.

Biebs became the first name on the list of Billboard Music Award winners, taking home Top Social Artist honors and addressing his many fans.

JB went on to perform his new hit song “Boyfriend.” Watch below!

"I just want to say how much of a blessing it's been... the past three or four years, growing up in front of everybody,” Justin said emotionally.

“I want to thank all my fans worldwide, because the Internet is where I got my start, and all my fans have helped me get to this position."

Modern Family star and BMA co-host Julie Bowen asked the audience to pay their respects to Robin Gibb, the Bee Gees member who died Sunday.

Other performances honored the late Adam "MCA" Yauch, Queen of Disco Donna Summer, and of course Jordin Sparks' tribute to Whitney Houston.

Selena Gomez’s Facebook Hacker Gets Locked Up!

Justice has been served!

Remember back in 2011 when Selena Gomez’s Twitter and Facebook accounts were taken over by a hacker, who wrote things like "Justin Bieber sucks"...???

The hacker, Gareth Crosskey, who was foolish enough to post a VIDEO of himself bragging about his hacking skillz, was finally caught after the FBI and Britain’s Metropolitan Police tracked him down!

After spending $79,130 on the investigation, Gareth admitted to the computer crime earlier this month and has been sentenced to one year in prison!

Judge John Price, who sentenced Gareth, told him:

"You are clever with a computer and you hacked into the private part of somebody's Facebook account. Selena Gomez had a Facebook account on which she has six million friends. They have permission to get into part of the account and you hacked into a private part by getting the email password."

Gareth had claimed to have gotten his hands on some personal exchanges between Selenita and the Biebs, and also between her and Demi Lovato!

Wonder what juicy deets those messages held???

We kid, we kid! (kind of!!) Of course, we're glad the hacker has been punished for his actions!

Who Wore What And Who Won At The 2012 Billboard Music Awards?

Last night was the 2012 Billboard Music Awards and we have the full rundown of who won, who lost and who wore what to the music award show. The MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, Nevada sizzled last night. Check out the list of winners and a gallery of pics from the red carpet. Major win for me = Brandy Norwood. Major loss = Miley Cyrus. Oh, and the overall winner in the award stakes was not surprisingly, the majestic, Adele.

Before we can look at some of the fun fashion, here are some of the main winners from this year’s award show.. The Top Artist award and Top Billboard Album went to Adele; Top Duo/Group as well as Top Hot 100 Song went to LMFAO and their single, Party Rock Anthem. Top New Artist was Wiz Khalifa and Top Male Artist and Top Rap Artist awards went to Lil Wayne. Top Female obviously went to Adele.

Gladys Knight Lil’ Wayne Wins Top Male Artist At The Billboard Music Awards!

Too bad he wasn't on hand to accept it himself!

Lil' Wayne was the recipient of this year's Top Male Artist - beating out Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Drake, and Bruno Mars - but because he was M.I.A., it was presenter Gladys Knight who HIGHlariously said "Looks like I've got an award tonight!"

Ha!

Maybe if you ask politely, gurl, Weezy will let you keep it!

Justin Bieber Wins Top Social Artist At The Billboard Music Awards!

Our first winner of the evening!

Justin Bieber has just taken home the title of Top Social Artist of the Year at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, beating out Eminem, Lady GaGa, Rihanna, and Shakira!

During his acceptance speech, the young artist went out of his way to thank his manager, Scooter Braun, his mentor Usher, his mom, and of course, his fans!
