Ah, celebrity sex tapes – where would we be without them? These 6 stars have all made sex tapes in the past, and have later spoken on how the tape has changed their lives, how they regret it, or for some, how it actually launched their career or made them turn their lives around. Many acknowledge that the sex tape is something that will be with them for the rest of their lives, while others are now trying to put it in the past.

Carrie Prejean
Former Miss California USA 2009 Carrie Prejean filmed private sex tapes for her boyfriend: “It was the worst mistake of my life, I was all by myself. I was sending my boyfriend at the time, who I loved and cared about, you know, video of me. I was a teenager at the time and never did I ever think it would come out.”
Rob Lowe
In 1988, Rob Lowe’s sex tape was released, and it involved two girls, one of whom was underage. Rob had met both girls at a bar before the tape was made, and believed the underager was at least 21-years-old. These days, after successfully relaunching his career after the scandal, he believes it was the best thing that happened to him: ’It ends up being the greatest thing that ever happened to me, because what it ends up doing is accelerating my alcohol [addiction] to where I finally get sober. I have been able to have the rest of my life that I’m so blessed with, which is now 20 years of sobriety. It’s almost quaint to think about now, because now people do sex tapes to HELP their careers.”

Having a baby should be one of the most happy occasions in any new mom’s life, but it doesn’t always work out that way. Many suffer from Postpartum depression (which can be either a moderate or severe depression), leaving the new mom feeling unable to cope, and unhappy with life. Even celebrities have struggled with this form of depression – here are 5 star moms who’ve spoken about their experience with it.

Brooke Shields
Brooke Shields was left feeling suicidal after the birth of her baby girl, and couldn’t even mind her own child: ”I finally had a healthy beautiful baby girl and I couldn’t look at her,I couldn’t hold her and I couldn’t sing to her and I couldn’t smile at her … All I wanted to do was disappear and die.”
She describes a moment when she contemplated suicide: “That was the week I almost did not resist driving my car straight into a wall on the side of the freeway, my baby was in the back seat and that even pissed me off because I thought she’s even ruining this for me. I just wanted to drive into the wall and my friend stayed on the phone with me and made me safely get home.”
Kendra Wilkinson
Kendra Wilkinson says she lost herself after the birth of her baby boy: “At the time I was doing whatever I could for the baby, but I lost myself and it was really frustrating. Being in the spotlight is a lot of pressure about losing the weight, (especially) coming from the Playboy world. A lot of women suffer from Ppd (postpartum depression). It needs to be talked about.”

Kendra Wilkinson just premiered the fourth season of her reality show and released a new memoir. In honor of each, the large-breasted blonde has been given a number of interview in which she...
... talks about withholding sex from Hank Baskett.
... says she still has a lot of sex.
... reveals she and her husband often had sex in her Dancing with the Stars trailer.
The latest sex-themed admission is courtesy of a chat with Life & Style in which Kendra says:
"On Tuesdays before elimination, Hank would come over to the set and bring a bottle of wine, and we would have sex in the trailer before the results show. Whenever you saw me smiling on camera on Tuesdays, it's because I just had sex."
Let's give Wilkinson some credit at least: she sticks to what she's known for.
Kendra Wilkinson has one talent in life: taking off her clothes. That makes this admission even more unsettling.
The reality star and author of a new book says she isn't giving it up enough to husband Hank Baskett these days.
"He deserves a lot more sex, he definitely does," Kendra tells E! News. "Women can be so crazy at times and forget about our men. You know, they need some love. They need some loving, too."
Of course, this directly contradicts what Kendra writes in her latest memoir, but at least she isn't depressed any longer. Wilkinson actually credits Dancing with the Stars and partner Louis Van Amstel for contributing to her turn around.
"I didn't have as much fun as I thought I would have," she says. "But when I look at the big picture, it got me back on my feet. I give credit to Dancing With the Stars and Louis for getting me back on my feet."

Kendra Wilkinson will release a new book tomorrow, and kick off season four of her reality show on Sunday.
By total coincidence, the woman who used to have sex with Hugh Hefner is also gracing the latest cover of In Touch Weekly, going off in detail inside the tabloid about her recent battle with postpartum depression.
“I felt devastated, helpless – like I was in a black hole,” Kendra said of the two-year struggle. “I even thought of harming myself. I just threatened [suicide] a lot.”
Kendra said she and Hank Baskett slept in separate bedrooms during this time because she was "just mean" to her husband.
Why contributed to the downfall? Wilkinson says she grew to have no confidence in her body because so many other Hollywood mothers bragged about losing weight very easily after giving birth.
I "would brush [my] teeth in pitch-dark, so I wouldn’t have to look at myself in the mirror," Kendra says, to which we say: What about this cover story?
Kendra cut herself as a teenager and twice attempted suicide. Not wanting to repeat this pattern, she entered therapy and credits her son for inspiring her to get better: "Baby Hank (Read more...)
This is all your fault, America.
For reasons as confounding as the fame of Kim Kardashian, millions of people actually purchased "Sliding Into Home," making that memoir by Kendra Wilkinson a New York Times Bestseller... and prompting the former Girl Next Door to write another book.
It's titled "Cribs, Cocktails and Getting My Sexy Back" and it chronicles the sex life of Kendra and husband Hank Baskett.
"As parents, now we have to try to fit in sex whenever we can," Kendra writes, adding that she "wouldn't trade" her life as a mother "for anything in the world" and that she refuses to "buy into that whole belief that married couples don't have sex."
Incredibly, Kendra debuts season number-four on September 25. Watch a sex-free preview for it NOW.
Kendra will kick off its fourth season on E! this month. That's more seasons than Arrested Development aired, and one away from the total of Friday Night Lights. Just something to ponder when you lie in bed at night, wondering about the future of humanity.
According to the following promo for the September 25 premiere, Kendra and Hank Baskett will be working hard and playing hard this fall. It's unclear what the former means, of course, considering Baskett is not employed by a NFL team and Wilkinson's only job is to star on Kendra.
But, hey, at least their son is cute!
Also premiering new seasons on September 25? The Good Wife and Boardwalk Empire. We're just pointing out: there are slightly better options, people.

I know, I know, Kendra Wilkinson would sell a story about almost anything as long as the price was right, so hopefully she hasn’t just concocted her recent battle with Postpartum Depression to generate some column inches. The former Playboy Playmate has been speaking about her struggle, and says she has beat it now, but in the past it was hard for her to cope but not so bad that she felt she may harm her family. She commented:
“I felt like I had to be a different person. I had to be conservative and wear turtlenecks and be someone that I wasn’t. Now that I have my body back and I feel good again, I have the perfect amount of balance. It’s all about finding the balance. It got pretty bad, (but) not to the point where I would harm my family. I was a great mom and did what I needed to, but I was definitely very depressed. (Motherhood is) a big change in life and it happened overnight.”
Kendra (who is obviously caught up in being famous, after all, she did write a book about her life) says that she believes some of the pressures that come with fame may have lead to the depression. She is also speaking about it because she wants to raise awareness (and gets some good press for herself too, duh!):
“At the time I was doing whatever I could for the baby, but I lost myself and it was really frustrating. Being in the spotlight is a lot of pressure about losing the weight, (especially) coming from the Playboy world. A lot of women suffer from Ppd (postpartum depression). It needs to be talked about.”
Is Kendra even smart enough to know what Postpartum depression is, or is this (Read more...)
