And in random news...
Kirstie Alley and Serge Onik went to visit Jim Morrison's grave at the Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris.
The actress brought Jim beautiful pink roses. She and Onik were seen holding hands when they left the cemetary together.
A whole lot of love, we like it!!!

Cheers!
Rhea Perlman is teaming up with Kirstie Alley in a mini Cheers reunion for Kirstie's new comedy pilot!!
We are so excited for this that we can't even properly express it. Incredibly excited? Astronomically excited? Nothing fits!
Here's what it's about:
Perlman has closed a deal to co-star opposite Alley in Alley’s ABC comedy pilot The Manzanis. The family comedy written by sitcom veterans Marco Pennette and Dave Flebotte stars Alley as Angela Manzani, an opinionated wife/mother who, along with her Italian American family, moves to a quiet New Jersey neighborhood where they clash with their new, WASPy neighbors. Perlman will play Angela’s mother in law Camille Manzani.
Sounds hilarious! But, that takes a back seat to the fact that Rhea is on television again!
Good luck, ladies!

Designed to awaken members' super powers, the Church of Scientology is putting their finishing touches on the The Super Power Building.
This will be the place to go if you want to enhance any of your 57 perceptics (powers that scientologists claim to possess).
A spokesman for the Church states:
[Super Power training is] a series of spiritual counseling processes designed to give a person back his own viewpoint, increase his perception, exercise his power of choice, and greatly enhance other spiritual abilities.
Created within the mind of founder Ron L. Hubbard himself, he claimed this energy mecca would:
...put scientologists into a new realm of ability enabling them to create the new world. It puts the world clearing within reach in the future.
Yeah, whatever that means...
The Super Power Building has cost $90 million to make. The futuristic castle of gyms boasts 889 rooms, NASA-esque training equipment, 42 bathrooms, a dining room that seats 1,140, and an outdoor terrace that would put even the Titanic to shame.
So we guess we'll be seeing Tom Cruise in the sky soon enough, huh? HA!

As the Kirstie Alley weight loss pics we showed you yesterday made abundantly clear, she's looking pretty darn good for 60. Losing 100 pounds? Impressive.
She's looking to gain a man, she says, but don't call her a cougar. That implies she's on the prowl for no-regrets boning, which she's not. She wants more.
"The easiest thing on this planet is to [find sex], but I don't see the merit," says Alley. "What I'm looking for is someone who is madly in love with me, for me."
Twice divorced, Alley isn't pointing fingers at anyone for past mistakes.
"I think when you get into the mind-set of, 'Oh, this guy did this to me', you aren't taking responsibility," says last season's Dancing With the Stars runner-up.
Adds the actress, who has two girls, True and Lillie, with her second husband, actor Parker Stevenson, "In the final hour, it's actually what you did to you."
"I wasn't looking for the right thing before. … I want someone who has my back. And if I'm being attacked, they fricking attack back. Now, that's bravery."
Here's hoping she finds it.

Time for a big, fat celebration.
There are celebrity weight loss stories, and then there's this. Kirstie Alley cleared the 100 lb. weight-loss hurdle this summer, a truly impressive feat.
"When I hit that mark, I went, 'That's it!'" Alley told People this week from Florence, Italy. "I have more energy than I've ever had in my whole life."
While Alley's weight has fluctuated in recent years, the actress, now 60, hit a wall two years ago at 230 pounds: "My body had gotten really weak."
No longer.
By dancing daily after her dazzling appearance on Dancing with the Stars, where she came in second, changing to an organic diet and following Organic Liaison, her own weight-loss program, she's turned her life around for good.
"There was nothing positive about being fat. Now I feel back to normal," the star, now a proud size 6 and 130 pounds, says. "I have my game again."
Her next challenge: "What I'm looking for is to be madly, deeply in love," says Alley, who will also star in the upcoming ABC pilot, The Manzanis.
"For the first time in my life, I know exactly what I want in a man," she (Read more...)

To miscarry a baby can be heartbreaking, and for those who experience it, they can spend years trying to get over their loss, while others are faster to accept the miscarriage and continue trying for a baby anyway, even if they are potentially faced with more disappointment in the future. Here are 6 brave stars who’ve spoken on their unfortunate miscarriages.

Kirstie Alley
Kirstie Alley believes that her miscarriage made her put on weight: ”When the baby was gone, I just didn’t really get over it. Neither did my body. I so throughly convinced my body that it was still pregnant after nine months that I had milk coming from my breasts. I was still fat, I was still grieving, and I had just been told it was very possible I would never be able to have children. Fat, childless, with little hope for any future children…that’s when I began to get fat.”
Tori Amos
Tori Amos went through a mixture of emotions when she lost her baby: “I had known from very early on — within a week — that I was pregnant. So I lived with the feeling and got attached to the soul that was coming in. And then at almost three months, I miscarried. It was a great shock to me, because I really thought I was out of the woods and I was really excited to be a mom.”
She explained how it felt to her: “I went through a lot of different feelings after the miscarriage — you go through everything possible. You question what is fair, you get angry with the spirit for not wanting to come, you keep asking why. And then, as I was going through the anger and the sorrow and the why, the songs started to come. Before (Read more...)
