Jeremy London To See Alleged Kidnapper In Court!

Yikes!

Jeremy London is due to take the witness stand at the end of the month where he will face alleged kidnapper Brandon Adams.

The judge will then decide if there's enough evidence to stand trial or dismiss the charges.

Adams has been in custody on a $500,000 bail since his June arrest.

Adams has denied kidnapping Jeremy and forcing him to two drugs, saying they went on a consensual "joyride" and did drugs together.

Sam Lufti Is A Psychotic Stalker, Claims Spears Camp!

We could have told you that, but we're glad the United States judicial system recognizes it as well!

You all remember Sam Lufti from the bat-shit crazy Brit-Brit years. He was her bestie/"manager"/total insanity instigator! We were so happy when he gave him the boot out of her life and now it seems another celeb has done the same, going as far as filling a restraining order against him for exhibiting "psychotic and extremely dangerous behavior."

Wowza! He's been upping his crazy game!

Aspiring actor, Samuel Barth, claims that Sam developed an unhealthy and frightening obsession towards him as they became friends. Looney Lufti went so far as to hack into the guy's email, Facebook and Twitter accounts, while also terrorizing some of his other family members , like his mother.

Looney Lufti also tried to diagnose the guy with "various mental and emotional problems and forcefully suggesting solutions." (Sound familiar, Brit-Brit?) When Samuel tried to put some distance between them, Lufti lost it and went on a full scale attack against him and his family. In fact, Lufti tried to turn Samuel against his own mother and his sister, another throwback move from his Britney days.

Victory! Leo Granted Permanent Restraining Order!

Congrats Leo! Good job shedding yourself of craziness in your life, one insane woman at a time!

The temporary restraining order that Leonardo DiCaprio had been granted against Livia Bistriceanu has been changed to a permanent restraining order.

Assuming she abides by the order, Leo will no longer have to deal with the woman who claims she’s his wife and is carrying his baby.

Here’s Leo’s statement against her that helped award him the restraining order:

"Without a restraining order, I fear that there will not be sufficient law enforcement mechanisms to keep Ms. Bistriceanu away from me, especially since she (1) apparently maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child Jesus, (2) has recently stated and/or threatened that we will live together 'forever… in His Kingdom (3) has managed to locate and identify my private residence, and (4) has evidenced a willingness to make physical contact to me regardless of consequences."

We’ll cross our fingers, toes, and all other crossable body parts for you that she abides by the order, Leo!

Britney Spears Faces Lawsuit Head On

Lady GaGa’s NYC Legal Woes Resolved!

Looks like music producer/songwriter Rob Fusari was no match for the Lady!

Fusari had filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against GaGa in March, who in turn countersued, but both parties dropped their lawsuits, according to court papers filed this week.

No word yet on what kind of an understanding they've come to, but clearly they figured something out, and we would expect nothing less from GaGa!

Fusari had accused Lady GaGa of stealing a stage name he came up with, not giving him his due for helping her get a record deal, and also taking full credit for songs that he co-wrote.

In response, GaGa's lawyers have claimed that he was just an agent and that he had her sign an unfair agreement with him in 2006, when she was still inexperienced.

We're just happy to see this situation resolved!

Britney To Countersue Lying, Money-Grubbing Bodyguard!

Excellent! Maybe this will scare the truth right out of his fame-whoring face!

Britney Spears is reportedly having her lawyers work on a countersuit against former bodyguard Fernando Flores, the jerk who claims she abused her kids and came onto him in his own lawsuit. He should be so lucky!

Sources say that Britney is confident that she will be found innocent of all the charges this loser is bringing against her and when she is, she intends to ream him a new one in court. Supposedly, she intends to countersue for the amount of the substantial legal bills she will rack up.

If that's the case, hire five or ten more lawyers! You can always use them!

We're also told that her ex, Kevin Federline, is very keen on this idea and is supporting her decision to squash the low life. An insider reveals:

"Kevin told Britney she should do it and she strongly agreed that winning this case and forcing Flores to pay - big time - may help quash other future nuisance lawsuits against celebrities. Like the ones you often see filed by disgruntled, fired ex-employees - like nannies, housekeepers, drivers and bodyguards."

Boxer’s Baby Mama Say He Punched Her In The Head!

Ugh! This is awful! (If it's true…)

Josie Harris, Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s baby mama, has filed a restraining order against the boxer following an alleged, violent altercation yesterday morning.

In the documents filed, Josie claims that Floyd hit her "multiple times in the head with his fist" and then threatened to kill her!

His rage was supposedly brought on by her relationship with another man, as she claims he viciously awoke her by, "pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head." She also claims he continued to beat her even when their battle woke the couple's three children, who entered the room. Josie says that Floyd even threatened the children, saying if they "ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way."

Wow! Such violence! Such anger! But is it all for real?!

We've mentioned before that Josie has a history of being a full-fledged liar. She confessed a similar story a few years ago, but then before it went to trial, took the whole thing back and admitted she lied.
