It’s been quite a long time since that fateful day back in 2007 that we all learned that Britney Spears‘s little sister (and Nickelodeon star) Jamie Lynn Spears got herself pregnant at 16 years old and became mother to Maddie Briann in June of 2008. Now, 5 years later (and hopefully a lot wiser), JL is ready to make her reemergence into the public eye with a new Country Music album. But in order for us to get reacquainted with the young actress/singer she is first catching us up on her last 5 life-changing years as a new mom. Glamour magazine is publishing a feature this month on Jamie Lynn in her own words (as told to writer Wendy Shanker) that you can preview below.

On her pregnancy: It was 2007. I had been on a Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101, and after we wrapped shooting, I just wanted to go home to Louisiana and finish high school, be a cheerleader, all that. Then I found out I was pregnant [by then- boyfriend Casey Aldridge]. I was 16. I’d had one boyfriend. It doesn’t make it perfect or all right. But I was judged for something (Read more...)

Remember back in November when Men’s/Women’s Health magazine published an interview with Ashton Kutcher giving relationship advice AFTER it was officially announced that his wife Demi Moore had filed for divorce? Heidi sat down for an interview with British In Style magazine before news of her split from hubby Seal became known and this week that interview is being published in the new issue of In Style. Heidi talks about how well her marriage to Seal works and explains much she is looking forward to renewing her marriage vows to Seal on her next wedding anniversary. Very sadly now, we know that that is not the case. Click below to see Heidi on the cover and in the pages of British In Style magazine and read her now very unfortunate relationship comments.

Pink Is The New Blog

Woot Woot Woot!!! I’ve got some GREAT new stuff from The Hunger Games to share with all y’all today. As you may recall, last week we saw The Avengers on the cover of the new issue of Empire magazine. Included in the issue are new photos from The Hunger Games — and they are pretty freakin’ cool photos, too. This new issue of Empire brings us a new photo of Katniss (played by Jennifer Lawrence) as well as a new photo that features Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson). Additionally, Empire published a series of 6 “trading cards” that feature some of the other Panem tributes who are also competing in The Hunger Games. Check out the scans from Empire magazine below.

I love the Katniss photo but I really LOVE the Effie, Haymitch and Peeta photo. That image alone says a LOT about what The Hunger Games is all about (if you’ve read the books, I think you’ll agree with me). You’ll also note that Empire also squeezed in a photo of President Coriolanus Snow (played by Donald Sutherland) as well. Here are (Read more...)

Robert Pattinson Covers Russian ‘GQ’ Magazine

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve enjoyed a Robert Pattinson post around here but today we get to check out new (?) photos of R. Pattz from the Russian edition of GQ magazine. I say new (?) because many of the international versions of major magazines tend to recycle photos that we’ve already seen before. I’m assuming these photos of Rob are new because I don’t think I’ve ever seen them before … and I’d remember because, well, I think he looks really damn good in the following photos. Check out Rob‘s Russian GQ magazine spread below and try and tell me that homeboy don’t look good.

Um … hello? Does Rob not look hawt in these photos? For once he doesn’t look like a hobo nor does he look like Edward Cullen. He looks mature and … handsome. It’s a damn good look for him:

See, it’s photos like this that might turn me into a bona fide Robert Pattinson fan … er, you know, once the ridiculous Twilight Saga film franchise is over. This is a Robert Pattinson worth screaming over, I think. I’m not even kidding … this may be the best he’s (Read more...)

Singer Lana Del Rey, who made her very uncomfortable and kinda painful to watch national television debut on Saturday Night Live a couple of weeks ago, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Complex magazine. Yesterday, almost right on schedule, Lana‘s major label debut album Born to Die leaked in full online. Now, I’m not sure if the leak was planned to help generate hype for the album’s release next Tuesday but in just the few hours the album has been available online, there has been a lot of buzz about Del Rey‘s album. HMMMM. Click below to see Lana Del Rey on the cover of Complex and preview her coverstory feature.

Since bursting onto the blogosphere last summer with “Video Games,” Lana Del Rey has become the most controversial woman on the internet. But over here at Complex, we’ve just been shaking our heads at the haters—with her haunting music and stunning style, there’s so much about Lana to love. With her debut album Born To Die and our February/March 2012 issue (also starring A$AP Rocky & Jeremy Scott) dropping within weeks of each other, it was (Read more...)

Soccer star and underwear entrepreneur David Beckham is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Men’s Health magazine. In his coverstory interview, Becks explains to the magazine that he never had any intention on becoming famous. Despite the fact that he is among the world’s most beloved celebrities, Becks says that all he ever wanted to do was play football (er, soccer) … and that’s it. I guess it’s just lucky that he managed to get all that fame as well ;) The accompanying photospread features David Beckham wearing a simple white t-shirt (presumably from the David Beckham Bodywear collection) but as you can see in the photos below, it’s all he needs to give us a totally charming and absolutely swoon-worthy set of photos.

It’s a long time since David Beckham went from being a regular Premiership footballer to ‘Beckham the brand’. But despite raking in millions of pounds for lucrative advertising campaigns, David Beckham insists he never set out to be famous. The father-of-four, 36, says all he ever wanted to was play football and somehow, after getting together with Spice Girl wife Victoria, they became a celebrity supercouple. (Read more...)
