Has Simon Cowell Moved On From His Fiancee???

It certainly appears that way!

Back in September, there were reports that Simon Cowell and fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy had broken up...but then his rep assured the world that they were "as close as they've ever been."

Unfortunately, it appears that Simon HAS moved on, because according to Star magazine, he was spotted getting very close to Greek actress/socialite Zeta Graff on his super yacht earlier this month.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"Simon has known Zeta for years, and they have always remained in touch. She has been keeping him company. Zeta fits in really well with Simon's gang and makes him laugh."

We're bummed to hear that things seem to have ended between Simon and Mezhgan...but at least they realized it wasn't going to work BEFORE they got married! Gotta give them credit for that, we suppose!

Simon Cowell Breaks Up With GF Mezhgan Hussainy

Noooooo! We thought these two would actually make it.

But, unfortunately, we have to break the news to you: Simon Cowell is single once again.

The X Factor judge split with his makeup artist girlfriend Mezhgan Hussain because he's "too busy."

An insider says:

"Simon thinks she is lovely, but he just doesn’t have the time for her. He was in llve with her, but popped the question before realising he was moving too quickly.

Simon likes to think of himself as the eternal bachelor – poor Mezhgan didn’t stand a chance! Work will always be his number one priority. They have only seen each other a handful of times since the New Year, and they both know this is not the basis of a long-lasting marriage."

Mezhgan is said to be "hurt but understanding" about the split. The source adds that "When he’s got more time, who know's what could happen? Simon might surprise us all and change his priorities."

Simon’s Exes Ruined His Xmas

Looks like Simon Cowell did NOT have a happy holiday this year.

According to The Daily Star, Simon's fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy spent the holiday arguing with Cowell's former lovers Jackie St. Clair and Sinitta.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"They are spoiling his holiday with their constant bitchy sniping. He's had a hectic year and was looking forward to some relaxing time in the sun but these daft women are ruining it for him.

There's been plenty of sniping and they have come close to clawing each other's eyes out. It's all back-biting and bitchy comments.

There have been plenty of fireworks. The trouble is they are all like children desperately trying to be the centre of attention with Simon and they hate competing for his time."

Simon Cowell’s Fiancee Denies Split Rumors

Everything is still a-okay!

Though some sources have been reporting that Simon Cowell and his beloved Mezhgan Hussainy are no longer headed down the aisle, Mezhgan has come forward to say that isn't the case.

In a new interview, she reveals that while it has been awhile since they've seen each other, they're still very much "in love" and "still engaged." She added:

"I don't know where these stories are coming from. It's as if when you're engaged you can't spend a moment apart or people think you've broken up. That's nonsense. We are still in love and still planning on getting married. I am still living here as you can see. I miss Simon but we speak on the phone three, four, five times a day."

If it works for them, then it works for them!

Simon’s Mom Says "The Engagement Was Too Quick"

Did Simon Cowell break off his engagement to make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy??

That's what Simon's momma is saying.

While Simon is off filming X Factor in London, Mezhgan has flown back to Los Angeles to be with her parents, which has Momma Cowell thinking that the relationship is over.

Julie Cowell says:

"It’s a break at the moment. The problem with Simon is that he works so hard. She's gone to America which, in a way, is a good thing because of Simon's work. At the moment it isn't a good idea for her to be here.

She doesn’t know many people in London. If you are Simon's girlfriend, let's be honest about this, you are not going to see very much of him. It's very difficult for a girl to accept that. He doesn’t want anyone sitting in his dressing room when hess working. Sometimes these girls want to be there too much."

Ouch! Seems a little harsh…

However, Mrs. Cowell does say that the two are still close and that marriage could still be something in their future. She adds:

Is Simon Cowell’s Engagement "On The Rocks?"

It doesn't seem that long ago that Simon Cowell proposed to his fiancee Mezghan Hussainy, but we're sure she feels quite differently, especially considering the reporteldy "rocky" state of their relationship.

Friends of the couple have said that both sides admit to some problems with their dynamic, the bulk of the problem being the time spent away from one another. Mezghan has returned to Los Angeles in the past few weeks, while Simon is still in London working on X Factor. The distance makes things not "great" between them, but what makes things worse is Simon's time spent with ex-girlfriends! A pal explains:

Simon Cowell To Walk Down The Aisle Four Times!

He's just insanely rich!

Simon Cowell's brother, Tony Cowell, broke the news in an interview that his brother's upcoming nuptials will be repeated four times in different parts of the world.

According to Tony, Simon will tie the knot with his fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy in Brighton, England, Los Angeles, Barbados and Hollywood.

El Lay and Hollyhood?! Sorry, why is that exactly?

Previously, we knew about them having two ceremonies to appease both sides of the family. But four?! Little much, Cowell. Just a tad overboard, you might say.
