The Late Michael Jackson’s Album ‘Bad’ Set For 25th Anniversary Special Release

The late Michael Jackson’s iconic album Bad will be reissued in a deluxe edition in September to mark the record’s 25th anniversary. The new album, titled Bad 25, will feature three CDs, a DVD and two booklets. One of the DVDs is going to include a copy of Michael’s legendary July 16 1988 concert at Wembley Stadium in London. Bad was originally released on the 31st August 1987, and by 26th September it had debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. While some people claim that MJ’s album, Thriller was more of a success, Bad reportedly made history as the first album to have five of its singles peak at number one on the Billboard 100 consecutively; I Just Can’t Stop Loving You, Bad, The Way You Make Me Feel, Man in the Mirror and Dirty Diana.

Ola Ray, Michael Jackson Video Star, Settles Lawsuit Over "Thriller" Profits

Ola Ray, the girl who played Michael Jackson's date in the famed "Thriller" music video (below), has settled her lawsuit over payment for her role.

Three years after filing suit, and 29 years after starring in it.

Ray sued MJ and his production company in May 2009, the month before Jackson died, claiming she was owed royalties from the 1983 smash.

The video was perhaps Jackson's biggest career highlight.

The former Playboy Playmate sued Jackson for breach of contract, insisting that she was still owed a massive share of "Thriller" profits.

Terms were not disclosed, but the out-of-court settlement implies Ray was paid in some way, rather than the court tossing her complaint.

"Thriller" video director John Landis has filed a similar lawsuit against MJ Estate, with both sides still trying to negotiate a settlement.

Randy Jackson DENIES That Michael Ever Tried To Kill Him

As if we even needed confirmation that the accusations Michael Jackson's former bodyguard spewed to the press were completely fabricated...we've got it.

Randy Jackson, the brother Matt Fiddes claims MJ ordered to be shot, is calling the story "absolutely absurd."

According to Fiddes, who has been selling cray cray stories about the King of Pop to The Sun for years, Randy would know! This is the story he told sources:

"Michael ordered him to be shot… Randy was so scared he got on the phone and threatened to call the Press. He told the bodyguards, 'If you shoot me the whole world will know about it. [Michael] was out of mind on drugs and luckily Randy was OK."

Hmm...right. Randy wants everyone to know that "there's no way in the world that this actually happened."

The Jackson family would sue the guy spreading these ridiculous lies, but Randy believes "it's a non-issue." Instead, they are just going to ignore him.

Now if only the tabloids buying this guy's crap would start to ignore him too!

Michael Jackson’s Former Famewhore Bodyguard Claims He Tried Having Brother Killed

Now, take this news with a GIANT grain of sea salt...

Michael Jackson’s ex-bodyguard Matt Fiddes has been consistently revealing ‘shocking’ details from the late King of Pop’s life to British tabloid The Sun for quite some time now.

Some of these ‘intimate details’ include Mikey's obsession with Pamela Anderson, his hatred of Madonna, and his gravitation towards Nazism and voodoo, among MANY others.

Now, Matt 'reveals' Michael’s mind-destroying drug abuse and how it almost caused him to kill his brother Randy! He claims in another terrible accusation:

"Michael was caught in a war with his brothers for years, They were desperate to sign him up to a $500 million deal for a Jackson 5 reunion tour...Things reached a head when Randy was trying to force his way past the bodyguards to speak to him in one of his rented homes. Michael ordered him to be shot... Randy was so scared he got on the phone and threatened to call the Press. He told the bodyguards, 'If you shoot me the whole world will know about it. [Michael] was out of mind on drugs and luckily Randy was OK."

Michael Jackson Dances Again! On Your Pepsi Can…

UGH.

Yesterday, news broke on Pepsi’s dealings with Michael Jackson’s estate which allows the not-Coke soda company to use his image for their money-making schemes.

One such scheme is to release collectible Pepsi cans emblazoned with images of Mikey dancing, which will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the multi-platinum Bad album that is arguably one of Jackson’s best. The cans will include scannable tags that will allow consumers access to remixes of his hit song ‘Bad.’

And, it seems dead Michael will be dancing to sell you a MULTITUDE of products in the future! A spokeswoman for Michael's estate has said that while this is the first marketing campaign featuring the King of Pop since his death, it will NOT be the last.

Isn’t it lovely when companies manipulate dead celebs to sell us things?

These dancing cans will hit shelves in China this weekend, and are set to appear in the US sometime this month.

Because it’s a lot easier to make a dead celeb do what you want than a live one! Especial with today's booming hologram business! HAH.

Pepsi Resurrects The Late Michael Jackson To Sell More Soda Pop

While we wait to see if the Jackson brothers will really go ahead and revive their dead brother Michael Jackson to go on tour with them as a hologram we learn today that Pepsi Cola has already revived him for their own purposes. As you may know, MJ signed on as a Pepsi spokesman way back in the early 1980s and has kept his relationship with the soda company a friendly one.
