So, Nicole Scherzinger totally got the boot from X Factor, and we can't help but think there isn't anyone who can argue with that decision.
Now, she's talking a bit about it... and says she has no regrets about anything that happened!
Here's what she said:
"I had a wonderful experience on the show. I loved being a part of my X Factor family. Nothing could obviously prepare me for everything I had to go through, all the emotions and stuff, but I have no regrets. I've always believed in never looking back and just moving forward and I've got an amazing year to look forward to. What happened? Well, all I know is that I gave 110% to that show. I know everybody's talking about it, they're saying good, bad, they love me or hate me, but the one thing you can't say is that I didn't give it my all."
Oh, we don't know... How about that one time you didn't do your job as a judge and Rachel got sent home? You know, the ONE thing you're paid to do?!? No regrets there?? How is that 110%??

Yesterday we heard that Lana Del Rey’s U.S. tour — which was due to commence next month — had been canceled on the wake of the strong criticism she received from her Saturday Night Live performance a few weeks ago. Last night news came via MTV that the tour cancellation reports were merely rumors and, in fact, Lana had no Spring tour planned at all. Read below for more details about this messy story.
We first heard about the tour cancellation from the New York Post. But Del Rey’s publicist has since called the Post story “not accurate.” “There has never been a spring tour announced or canceled.”
Yesterday Lana performed in store at Amoeba Music in Hollywood (the pic below is from this event) and her reps are saying that these kind of performances are what are planned for the coming months, not an official tour. These promo shows are not going to stop as she moves across the country in the coming months. In the wake of this news, we are also seeing the results from her album sales. Born to Die has reached No. 2 in the U.S. (second to Adele) and she is No.1 (Read more...)

Woot!! Amazing news to share, music fans! The one and only Missy Misdemeanor Elliot is FINALLY ready to release a new album! MTV sat down with Timbaland for a new interview and the producer and long-time Missy collaborator revealed that both he and Missy will be releasing albums this June. Altho Tim didn’t reveal too much info about the release, I do take him at his word. Click below to read what Timbaland has to say about the forthcoming Missy Elliot album.

“Me and Missy are both coming with our albums at the same time, and it will be in June,” Timbo told MTV News in his Miami home February 3. It’s been three years since Timbaland released Shock Value II and seven years since Missy dropped The Cookbook. If all goes according to plan, fans won’t have to wait much longer. “Right now, we’re preparing to get both our videos, our first singles, shot kinda at the same time,” Tim said. “We want to do it as a movement and spontaneously.” Last June, Missy revealed to People magazine she had been diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder Graves’ disease. Initially, it was speculated that Missy’s health was the cause (Read more...)
Following her debacle of a performance on Saturday Night Live, the music career of Lana Del Rey is at a standstill.
But that doesn't mean the song for which she's best known, "Video Games," is a complete waste, at least not when Second City comedian Holly Laurent takes it over, mashes it up with The Hunger Games trailer and creates one of our favorite parodies in months.
I don’t want Peeta to be dead/A pita is a pouch of bread/But that’s his name.
Truly amazing. Watch below:
